A Great Place
We just spent most of the week at this location and could not have been more pleased. We had eight ppl- four adults and four kids- and it worked out great. The adults were able to watch tv downstairs and the kids could do so upstairs while staying out of our hair. There were many sleeping options that came with the four bedrooms- king, queen, twins, bunks, etc.
The views of the mountain were beautiful.
What we really enjoyed was the true ski in/out functionality. Pick up your skis from the ski locker downstairs and walk about 40 yards to the edge of the slope and the lift is literally right there. So convenient and especially so with kids. Likewise, the town is just a short two minute walk away so takeout or sit down dinners are very easy.
I would be remiss if I did not mention how great the owner was to deal with. Chip was always quick to respond and provided constant useful information about the area, rentals, restaurants, etc. An absolute pleasure to work with.
No idea when, but we will look to return in the future!
Great property definitly highly recommend.
For those who want a ski in ski out this is a great location. Just step out the back door drop your ski's or snowboard and off you go. The place is very comfortable and has all the emedities one needs.
This a wonderful place to stay when traveling to Breckenridge. The location can't be beat. The view of the mountains from the porch was amazing. The townhouse is very roomy and the kitchen is fully equipped for staying in and cooking.
Chip was amazing to deal with and got back to me immediately if I had a question. We will return to Breckenridge and hopefully be able to stay at this great location.
We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of the condo. It had plenty of room for us and was so convenient to the slopes and town. We drove in and never even used our car while we were there. Chip was very attentive to us and went above and beyond!
Great place for a group to share!
A bunch of us stayed together for a summer conference just up the hill. The kitchen facilities allowed us to cook many meals, and the living room area was great for hanging out. The layout of rooms allows for some night owls and early-risers to both have ways to use the kitchen and living room without disturbing others. The owners and property managers are VERY easy to work with--I'd recommend this to anyone going to Breck for a stay.
Great location and wonderful accomodations
Our family stayed in this condo for two nights and three days in early August. The accomodations were great and more importantly the location was perfect, especially with children. It is right off the main business district, but far enough away to avoid any noise. We had everything we needed, including the a fully stocked kitchen, great hot tubs and pool. The pool across the street was very nice. The kids loved it. We were able to rent bike's right across the street and every morning I was able to walk down to the nearby coffee shop. We walked to town every night and during the day to enjoy the great restaurants and other activities, including the walking to the Gondola to get access to the summer activities on the mountain. The best part is the location is great for summer or winter. Even though we were not there during the winter, it is adjacent to the ski slopes for easy access to skiing.
We also really enjoyed working with the owners. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back and stay again.
