Thank you for taking a look at the Woodruff Family Condo! We offer a beautiful, spacious and light-filled 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath condominium which sleeps up to 9 people. Completely remodeled in 2009, the condo is finished in a modern international style with rich chestnut leather furniture and stunning black and white nature photography by Utah’s James Kay. (ps: see bottom of this narrative for chronological price schedule)
The condo faces out onto a public golf course (X-C track in winter)and has a spectacular view of the mountains. It functions as a great vacation spot year round, with amenities typically found in five star resorts. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with granite countertops and custom cabinets, has a large island with barstools at one end, perfect for socializing and entertaining. A beautiful alderwood dining table expands to seat as many as 12 people.
Two living areas, one with a sleeper sofa, allow for multiple activities, and both are equipped with TV’s. Each of the three separate bedroom suites has its own private bath, plus there is a luxurious powder room off the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the third bedroom has a raised platform where two twins can be made up separately or together into a king.
Upstairs in the hallway is a bench seat and storage unit which functions as our 'Bachelor Pad.' This sleeping area features a light, a niche, and a power socket at each end of a comfortable cushion measuring nearly 10' by 3' with a storage space below for one's suitcase. This is perfect for a big guy (really big) in a sleeping bag or two kids sleeping feet-to-feet. We have linens to make this up like a regular bed if that is your preference.
Other amenities include limestone radiant heat floors, water softener, 46” HDTV with blueray and HD cable, ipod docking station and surround sound, woodburning fireplace, wireless & hardwire internet, king Tempurpedic bed in master, euro bath fixtures, large walk-in double shower in master bath, designer furniture, and a large washer/dryer. Condo complex offers a 40' outdoor heated pool, two large hot-tubs, and separate sauna, shower & locker rooms for men & women.
If you want lodging for the Sundance Film Festival, Robert Redford's work of genius, then look no further!! Our condo presents a beautiful and quiet backdrop for artists from the film industry and professionals from related industries to conduct business, entertain, ski, relax, and otherwise enjoy the FilmFest.
Our location is ideal: if you are walking, it's 60 seconds to the bus-stop or the pool and hot-tub complex. We're right across the street from Albertson's grocery store, a drugstore, a Blockbuster, a Starbucks, a massage place and a two or three ski rental stores. By car, we're a couple minutes from the base plaza of the Park City Mountain Resort, five minutes from Deer Valley's base plaza, and maybe eight minutes from The Canyons. You can ski home from the Park City Mountain Resort if you're willing to take your skis off to cross a road and skate & pole home via the golf course and its cross-country ski track.
If you like to ski, check this out: our latest addition is the dream solution for folks who go nuts when 'those other guys' leave their wet jackets and ski accessories laying all over the place!
This amenity is a custom staging center designed to store, dry, and otherwise manage all the stuff that eight skiers need for skiing!! Whether you're gearing up in the morning, shedding wet stuff after a big day, welcoming a bunch of guests, or anything in between, this staging center handles it all. It's convenient, inviting, easy to use and super effective.
There's eight of everything: ventilated baskets (each with a chalk-board nameplate) stored overhead & out of the way; 'staghorn' hooks each featuring three separate hooks, and a forced-air drying system (with auto-shutoff) for 8 pairs of boots and gloves.
There's also a convenient little shelf for emptying your hands, a place to stash empty equipment bags, a nook for safely handling your wet skis or board, and a bar if you prefer to use a coat hanger. Plus, when you expand the dining table to seat 12, the benches are designed and sized to pull out and provide seating for two at each end of the table. Check out the picture!
Thank you for taking a look at the Woodruff Family Condo! We are pleased with it and very happy to offer it up for your enjoyment. Please write or call. We would love to have you as our guest!

"The Woodruff Family Condo", as referred to on the lease, is the most epic, comfy, and well equipped property my family has rented since we began spending the Christmas/New Year season in Park City skiing with our 3 girls six years ago. We have so enjoyed our holiday celebration here the last 2 years. Yes it is a condo, but it feels like home! I'm a clean freak and the condo is sparkly clean upon arrival;) The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are always well stocked, but my very favorite place is the kitchen! If you like to cook like we do this is the condo for you and your family! Imagine your families very favorite meal, whether it requires 1 pan or 10, the condo has it! The living/family rooms are very large and comfy and provide a great place for family game nights and movies, of course in front of the amazing fireplace. The view from the living room out to the golf course is spectacular! If you like to walk its a great place to take long walks in the snow. Now let's talk location...the grocery store, liquor store, drug store, sporting goods stores, movie theater and many restaurants are in walking distance..maybe 2-5 minutes as well as the Park City Mountain Resort!!! and it's many shops, eateries, and yes skiing! Need I say our family is looking forward to returning in December!
My family and I stayed in this upscale, very comfortable, meticulously cared for and thoughtfully appointed condo townhouse in early March 2016 for 5 days of skiing. It was a good choice and more enjoyable than if we had dumped thousands of dollars per night on an upscale hotel. All furnishings and equipment in tiptop condition. The decor, kitchen (more than fully equipped), bathrooms, bedrooms and ambiance all first rate. Location is excellent with shopping for food, liquor, drug stores/pharmacy items, etc. within easy walking distance. Car totally unnecessary. Bus access to Park City Skiing and Main Street in minutes. Ownership very responsive.
I would prefer not to stay anywhere else in Park City after staying here! We caught the tail end of the aspen tree leaves changing and the crisp fall climate was amazing. Within walking distance: grocery store, drug store, Starbuck's...just to name a few. Condo: extremely comfortable and excellent use of overall space- lots of skylights for natural light. If you like to cook you will love the kitchen. If cooking is not your passion you will love the aesthetics of this well equipped kitchen. Patio view of golf course is nice anytime, but especially enjoyed it with morning coffee and afternoon wine. We saw a moose on the golf course one morning!!
Activities we enjoyed on our visit: Park City Golf Course (where condo is located) and Wasatch Mountain State Park Gold Course - Mountain Course (had to stop for deer on golf paths. Chipmunks and wild turkeys were everywhere!), Olympic Park, fly fishing, Historic Main Street (shops and restaurants), hiking. Did not have time to play all the golf courses nor eat at all of the restaurants we would have liked to. Would love to experience each season here.
We are very familiar with Deer Valley and Park City and this is one of the nicest places we've stayed, and we have many friends with vacation homes in the area. We'd rather rent this home when we visit than own a place.
We've stayed here a couple times (winter and summer) and have enjoyed every visit. The home is amazing - luxury with function. Like granite counter tops and top of the line kitchen appliances. No complaints about anything - well stocked, clean, owner is very helpful and familiar with the area.
The rooms are comfortable and have lots of storage space. Two main bedrooms are large enough for a couple to spread their gear and be very comfortable. Loft is great for kids and young adults.
Very short walk to a bus stop and just across street from grocery shopping - definitely walking distance. If the snow is deep enough you can ski to back door of home, just have to ski across golf course which is the best thing I've ever done on a golf course...
Two separate TV areas, plus TV in master allow for great separation between adults and kids.
Designed for big family gatherings, from physical layout to appliances and furniture.
We typically don't even rent a car in wintertime - between the places we walk to and the free bus system, there's really no reason to hassle with it. Outside storage and entry perfect for dressing and undressing for skiing. Then hit the heated floors...perfect.
Starbucks, massage, drug store, movies, two sports equipment retailers, heated pool and jacuzzi - all easy walks.
You won't be disappointed staying here, regardless of season.
Spent a week in this wonderful condo; everything any one would want or need was available. Comfort everywhere; including marvelous view of mountains (and the golf course). Particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio during sunset - marvelous. Very convenient to town, restaurants, events, shopping; all of which we did. I would highly recommend this Condo for a very pleasant and "cozy" vacation. It must be beautiful in winter with snow everywhere - hopefully will be able to return and enjoy the winter. However, it was equally beautiful in late summer - so a great place to visit anytime.
We spent the Christmas holidays (over a week) having a family reunion here, on our first ever trip to Park City. The condo was as spotless and beautiful as the pictures! The owner was easy to work with and took great responsiblity in accomodating our needs. Our group had no problem being together, as well as being in our own spaces without bothering each other with noise or activities. The kitchen was beautiful and well appointed. The boot drying station and the radiant heat in the floors were such a wonderful bonus. The location was perfectly convenient to the bus line (we didn't rent a car), and we were able to ski at our own paces at PCM and DV without the hassles of organizing group transportation. Being right across the street from Fresh Market grocery store as well as a great massage location, Knead a Massage, were also so convenient. This place is a true gem!
