Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay here. Location was amazing, only 15 min to get to events in St. George yet off the busy beaten path. House was bigger than we expected and quite nice. Wish there had been more cookware and utensils in the kitchen but otherwise 10/10 stars!! Would absolutely stay here again. We had a big group and it was perfect, lots of beds and didn’t feel crowded during the day in the common areas.

Disappointed

My experience with Red Sand Vacation Homes was less than satisfactory. When we arrived at the property, we were immediately greeted by an unpleasant, lingering odor inside the house. This was a discouraging start to our vacation, as a clean and fresh environment is something we expect when booking a vacation home. Furthermore, we found the kitchen to be inadequately furnished. Cooking and preparing meals should be an enjoyable part of a vacation, but the lack of proper kitchen supplies and utensils made this experience more frustrating than it should have been. To make matters worse, we were unable to use the community pool due to a malfunctioning key fob provided by the management. Despite reaching out to them for assistance, their response was far from satisfactory. All we received were apologies for the inconvenience, without any real efforts to resolve the issue promptly. One of the most concerning aspects of our stay was the condition of the child highchair. It had an unpleasant odor that strongly resembled urine. Given that this is an item meant for children, cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority. Discovering it in such a state was both disappointing and unacceptable. In summary, my experience with Red Sand Vacation Homes left much to be desired. The initial odor, under-furnished kitchen, malfunctioning amenities, and unsanitary conditions detracted from the enjoyment of our vacation. I hope that the management can take these issues seriously and work to improve the quality of their accommodations for future guests."

Needs some Attention

This unit really needs some attention! The cleaning was sub par, the rugs were filthy and the vents and air returns were so dirty you felt like you were breathing bad air. There was dried food on the patio that had been there a while. There were no pool towels to be found anywhere in the unit. The beds were super comfortable and the showers where great.

Family vacation

We had a great time. This was the perfect place for our family. When we had questions the property manager was quick to respond. We loved the pool and the lazy river. We could have used a few more amenities. There were no hot pads. There were no pool towels. We only had four kitchen towels. We were planning on a crockpot, but there was not one at the house. Communication was a little lacking. We were unsure about pool situation, because when we booked the place, it told us we would have access to the Washington rec center. When we got there there were no instructions but after reaching out to the property manager, they told us we did have access to the pool and lazy river. Just no key to get into it. We had to rely on others to open it for us. Instructions at the house would have been helpful. We loved the area and would come back.
