Joe Otto purchased this condo in 2007
North Wildwood is the one vacation place that has something for everyone; great beach, boardwalk, fishing, family resort, night life, casino near by and local historical sites. All at a reasonable cost.
Convenience to the boardwalk, dining, shopping and direct access to the beach. Once you park your car, you no longer have to drive.
Updated Condo! Lovely! New Kitchen and bathroom. Steps from the beach. Sleeps 7, feeds 4 :o) TV in kids room is only able to watch DVD/VCR, which is a pro for the younger kids. Very nice, quiet location. Owner was 100% reachable for any questions I had, excellent customer service! Gas grill was clean and easy to use. Laundry is coin operated.
We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is very nice. The location is PERFECT. As close to the beach and boardwalk that you can get. Condo came with everything we needed, including cleaning supplies, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc. We hope to go back next year! The owner is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with.
This unit is clean and neat, very charmingly decorated. It has everything you could possibly need for a stay at a condo at the Jersey Shore. The owner is very responsive via email or phone. We had no problems during our stay. Everything was clean and in working order. There were ample supplies and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, and cookware. It is very close to the boardwalk and the newly refurbished beach path for walking or riding bikes was enjoyed by our dog also, as no dogs are permitted on the boardwalk. It was the perfect time of year to visit the Shore, not real crowded and perfect weather (except for TS Andrea one day) I would recommend to families, couples, and singles. I felt safe and secure during my stay, and the area was quiet after 11 PM when the Boardwalk closed. I would chose this unit for a stay here again.
This condo is ideally suited for pet owners with small families.
There is an excellent dog trail on the beach side of the boardwalk, while many other condo complexes on the block are pet-fiendly as well.
The Hassles Ice Cream parlor next door is quite popular at night which we also enjoyed one evening. The condo is located at the north-end of the boardwalk.
The owner is also very responsive by e-mail and phone which is a real positive.

We have rented condos in Wildwood before as well as in many other countries. Although the condo was clean, very close to the beach (can easily return to the condo for lunch, bathroom break), photos are representative and the owner was efficient and reliable, we would not return. The ad states "view of the ocean", "watch the rays from your balcony". The condo drearily looks onto the Hassles ice cream parking lot and back of the boardwalk buildings. You would have to step on tiptoe and crane your neck catch a glimpse of the ocean from the condo. Note also that the balcony for the condo is a shared balcony with the other 2 units at the top. The "full" kitchen does not include a dishwasher and there are only 3 kitchen chairs so for a family of 4, we had to sit our kids on the floor. Compared to previous experiences, small touches like wine glasses, drying rack for dishes, plug for the drain, serving bowls, were missing. Eating at the condo was so depressing, we ended up going out to restaurants more: we should have spent more on a better condo and eaten in. The contract also stated local telephone services provided (we had friends in another condo we needed to communicate with) but the telephone had been removed. Since there was neither telephone nor internet, it made finding restaurants and contact numbers for activities very difficult. The bathroom constantly smelled, perhaps due to the mold-covered vent on the ceiling. I would also not recommend this condo young children: we were very rarely at the condo, but the one night we ate at the condo, our children (5 and 3) were waiting for dinner to be ready, they were running on the balcony for perhaps 5-7 minutes and a "permanent resident" downstairs came out to inform us that running was not allowed. On the positive side, the owner was very quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and returned the security deposit promptly. Thank goodness the North Wildwood beach is gorgeous and the weather was great since we didnt have to spend much time in the condo. In our experience, for the price, there are better options available in the Wildwoods (pool/view/ larger condo/ private balcony).
We stayed at the property for Memorial Day weekend. The pictures are very accurate. Cute 2 bedroom condo very close to the beach and boardwalk. Apartment is modernized with corian countertops and hardwood floors. This was a perfect place for our vacation. Owner supplied trash bags and paper necessities and very easy to deal with. Condo was clean and cozy. Every room had a TV. Great location with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Joe, we hope to see you next year!
