This property is suitable for families and couples alike who enjoy the option of seclusion or entertainment to suit all types within a few minutes walking distance. The villa has full sky TV and free WIFI.The villa is close to various shops, restaurants, bars, banks, doctors, chemist and is suitable for those who do not wish to drive. The villa is 30 mins from Alicante or Murcia airports. Several Markets are nearby including, Benijofar (Tuesdays), Rojales (Thursdays), Zocco (Sundays) and the larger Guardamar markets held on Wednesdays and Sundays. The property itself has several eating areas surrounding the beautiful kept pool, with or without shade for those who prefer to sunbathe. The villa is not overlooked and is completely private in an exclusive development.

The Villa is close to several championship golf courses including Las Ramblas, Campamor, Marquesa and La Finca.                                                       Very impressed with this villa. Beautiful decor throughout and ultra modern. Air con throughout and sky TV and excellent wifi. Close to all amenities with a handful of bars and restaurants within walking distance but a car is required if you wish to explore. Would recommend .
