Sunny, large Condo in a charming Portland neighborhood. Centrally located. Walk to Rosemont Market & Bakery, Elsemere BBQ, Rwanda Bean coffee & more. Five minutes to Rock Row, Five minutes to Thompson's Point / Bissell Brothers and 10 minutes to downtown. All are welcome! Larger groups inquire about renting 2nd unit in this building - Free Parking! -Roku Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon) -Fully equipped kitchen - Smart lock self check in! - A/C units in every bedroom and living room We are serious about safety. All of our cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been updated using EPA approved cleaning products and following CDC recommended disinfection protocols.
A warm, comfortable space, with easy parking and close to everything Portland has to offer. This condo is one entire floor of a 3 unit building. I own the entire building and pay close attention to every detail.

Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The home has a comfortable living room with a pull out sofa bed, and 4 bedrooms and a bonus 5th room, each with a brand new queen size bed (2 queens in the largest bedroom).

Loved Portland but apartment was disappointing

Building was run down. Apartment was swept, but not overall clean. Funky smell in kitchen and bedrooms. Back stairway was dirty. Communication with owner was excellent.

Good times

A perfect place to host 7 adults! The two bathrooms made it easy for morning and evening routines. A great location to Uber in and out of town. Would stay again.

A nice place

We stayed from a Sunday to a Friday in June 2023. We ended up with five adults on this trip. We enjoyed the property very much. Lot's of room, comfortable beds, and really, just a nice place. Nice coffee shop up the street, plenty of places to order food from or go to get something to eat. The mall is close by, plenty of stores of any kind. Not to far from the highway for when we wanted to take a drive to Salem, MA. When I had questions my texts were answered quickly..although I didn't need help with much. Parking is good, nice front porch to sit on and relax. There is a back porch with chairs and propane fire place, but we did not use it since the days were frequently rainy while we were there. It's a 3 unit property and the rental is on the first floor. We met the tenants a couple of times in passing and they were always friendly when we passed each other coming and going. I was happy with my stay. :-)

This rental was perfect for our little reunion before graduation! A nice homey feel with plenty of space for friends. A perfect location next to Crooked Mile Coffee.
