This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse at the Willows has over 1200 square feet of comfortable living space and is sited on an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens at a 13-unit resort.
The home has two levels, each having it's own bedroom with a queen bed, full bath and comfortable living room/den. The living room has a cozy wood-burning fireplace. For entertainment there is a HD TV with Comcast Cable and DVD player in the den, WIFI, CD/stereo in living room and a TV in the downstairs bedroom. A porch immediately off the living room is accessed through French doors. A roof deck with a spectacular water view is accessed off the den.
The split AC system provides quiet comfort and has individual controls in each bedroom, den and living room.
The kitchen and both bathrooms have been extensively remodeled. The kitchen has high end cherry cabinets, granite counters, tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The main floor bathroom has a white porcelain tub, subway tile surround, and white bead board vanity with quartz countertop. The second floor bathroom has a large subway tile shower with frameless shower door, white bead board vanity with quartz counter top and a new GE high efficiency washer and dryer.
The furniture is comfortable and well maintained. The sleeper sofa and comfy chair in the den are new spring 2016.
My partner and I fell in love with Provincetown several years ago and decided to buy this lovely home for our eventual retirement. Until that day arrives we open our home up to you and hope that you enjoy it and all that Provincetown has to offer.
Roger purchased this condo in 2010
We were impressed with this property from the start. It is located in a perfect part of P-Town (West End - quiet, but close to "downtown", the bay, and the ocean). It is incredibly comfortable, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. The rooftop deck is delightful and the views stunning. The owner is a dream to work with and responds to all inquiries quickly. We would return here again without question! One drawback, and this is a matter of personal taste/comfort, the bed in the second floor bedroom is very hard.
We just spent a memorable week in this beautiful condo. The home is inviting and super-comfortable from the moment you enter it. The location is ideal and convenient to beaches and restaurants. We look forward to staying there again next year. The owner is courteous and professional and has created the perfect environment for a relaxing vacation home, I highly recommend it.
I'm conflicted about writing this review, (do you really want the news to get out about your new special place?). The unit is quite lovely. It was clean upon our arrival and we found it has an intelligent layout. One bedroom on the ground floor and one upstairs. The den is upstairs as well. It also has a very nice kitchen with many upgrades and both full bathrooms are quite nice. Sheets and towels are very good quality. We saw two other units in the complex where friends stayed and it is much nicer than either of those yet cost similar. Our friends were quite jealous! The small complex has gorgeous garden landscaping and the rooftop deck views are wonderful.
The furniture is of good quality and comfortable, including the beds. The washer and dryer are front loading. The location is quiet yet close to everything on the West End. The dining table seats six. The sleeper sofa is to be replaced shortly per the owners. It was fine for our six year though as is-he said it was comfortable and certainly slept long enough to confirm that each morning. A/C units are wall mounted, not in windows, and remote controlled.
We really wouldn't change a thing about the condo or location.
One of the owners is a photographer and his work is represented well in the condo-all pictures of Provincetown and the area. He has a really good eye for capturing the overall feel and mood of the town and it made the decorating much more homey.
We tend to be serial monogamists with our rentals in Provincetown each year, having stayed at some places five or six years in a row. We will be booking this one for years to come, (hopefully the owners won't sell it lol).
If it's available, book it. The only possible drawback for renters is that it is on two levels with a roof top deck with a steep staircase/ladder. If you are mobility impaired, possibly not the place for you. There is a bedroom and bath on the ground floor and the driveway incline up to the property is not significant coming from Commercial St. on the other hand.
The owners have truly done an outstanding job. We look forward to returning for many years!
This is my third time staying here, and I could not be more pleased. The condo is always immaculate, well equipped, it's an easy stroll into town and a five minute drive to Herring Cove, my favorite beach on Cape Cod. Very quiet part of town, nicely tucked away from the main streets, and yet everything's accessible. I've already reserved for next summer.
This condo is great, this town is great. Strongly recommend both. The condo is well furnished and in a great location. Owners were helpful and communication was good.
This was my second time staying here, and again everything was great. All the amenities I could ask for. Very professional and courteous landlord. Location is ideal for the beach and for getting to town, in a very quiet location.
Provincetown is at the tip of Cape Cod and is a dynamic and diverse resort for beaches, art, theatre and dining. It is surrounded by water and the National Seashore with magnificent dunes and many natural wonders. It is known among the gay community as a resort destination due to many activities and the acceptance of differences that make this town a wonderful place to visit. There are many family activities such as shopping, whale watch excursions, dune rides, biking, kayaking, beaches, swimming. etc. Provincetown is filled with wonder and natural beauty and has been and continues to be an active artist community.
