Cozy and Quiet getaway
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Mr Green was very pleasant and accommodating. This cottage is perfect for 2 people and has everything you need. We loved the location perfect for morning walks along the water and super quiet. We were grateful for the beach chair, beach towels and small cooler all the little things you need but don't want to buy for a short stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location and convenient to area of Sarasota.. We drove to Siesta Key several times and visited the gardens and grounds of the Ringley Museum almost every day..the grounds are open and free everyday. We did pay for the museum tours one day and felt we saw just enough. The apartment upstairs was clean and comfortable, not the RITZ, but very quiet and safe feeling. Terry was friendly and helped with directions and information, but we mostly did not see him. The apartment was private and quiet.
The place was as described. Very nice neighborhood. Convenient to my daughter's school, stores and many attractions. Very clean apartment. We are very satisfied with our stay there and would recommend it to friends. Thank you.
A nice place to stay
We have enjoyed very much our stay over there. The efficiency is very bright and sunny. The environment is nice and quiet and access to the main spots to see in Sarasota is easy; in particular, the efficiency is close to the wonderful Ringling Museum. Mari and Terry have been very nice and helpful. They have demonstrated a high degree of honesty: after we had left, it occurred to them that we had overpaid for our rental. They informed us on their own and sent a check immediately: this is something worth to be mentioned!
