Beautiful waterfront home on 4 acres with breathtaking views of the Esopus Creek, Broad Hollow Stream, and Mountains. Guests have always been in awe of the beauty of the setting. Only 1 mile from Phoenicia border-3 miles from Village. Secluded to be a great party house or romantic couples retreat, but not isolated as it is conveniently located on a private road off of Rt 28. All the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and an exercise room with two recumbent bikes and fitness equipment. Amenities also include cable tv, hi-speed wireless internet, and a washer/dryer. Each room has TV & DVD, or maybe you'll prefer listening to the rushing Esopus which can be heard from virtually every room in the house. The lawn is great for sports, running around, or having a campfire. The magnificent 60 foot deck was built for a party and has a section that is covered so that you can stay dry and take a nap outside listening to the rain gently dance on the tin roof.

We really enjoyed our weekend there. We were 10 people; 6 adults and 4 children. The view from the house was incredible. I would recommend this house for all seasons. We stayed during the ski season, but I can imagine that it would be a beautiful place all year round. Owner was very accommodating. Wanted to make sure we enjoyed our weekend. House was nice, updated and clean. We can't wait to go back next year. Thanks again Mike!

We rented this house at the end of May, to allow our son to flyfish in the area for his high school graduation gift. This house is amazing, and you couldn't ask for a better, more private yet convenient location. My son (age 18) took photos of the house and said he wants one just like it some day! The bedding was VERY comfortable, and we loved the porch out back-great views, lovely breeze, and oh so quiet! The owner was very accomdating - great communication from start to finish. I can't recommend this place highly enough - you will NOT be disappointed if you want a quiet place to relax that's close to restaurants, etc. The town itself is very small and laid back - perfect for a relaxing getaway. If you're fishing, check out Hank Rope (lives near this town) as a guide - so helpful.
We loved the beautiful house with amazing mountain views with beautiful fall colors, an accessible creek and a HUGE backyard. The house was well maintained and ready for us when we arrived. Mike was easily accessible and really helpful in answering all our questions.
We had a wonderful stay at your place Mike. Enjoyed hearing the creek from the living room and a beautiful view. The yard, oh my, played soccer, badmitton, had a evening fire. Trips to the creek were enjoy by grandkids and adults. Even decided the get in. Kids enjoyed floating for a ways by the current.
Your house had everything we needed in preparing meals and enjoying games after dark. 2 of the days we just stayed at the house enjoying the property. Oh, we found the eagle nest and one adult saw an eagle.
Holly was great showing us around.
The solitude and beauty of you property was a real treat and made for an amazing vacation. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property.
It was really tough to leave this place. Mike has a great property right on the Esopus Creek that I couldn't recommend enough. Caught a handful of brown trout, did some great hiking and enjoyed a couple amazing nights by the campfire. A couple guys were lucky enough to see two bald eagles fishing in the creek when we first arrived. All in all a great escape from the stresses of everyday life!
We had a great time at Mikes house. Location is awesome . The back yard is unreal and house had plenty of room. The kids loved playing In the yard while the adults relaxed. We will definitely be back. Thanks again mike!
This is a great space and we will definitely be coming back. .the house and Kitchen with a ton of space and well equipped. The rental process was a breeze and the owner outlines everything you need to know about the house. I would recommend this property.
