What a wonderful location. Our two favorite place were Pops and the North Jetty Fish Camp. We had a great time - so close. Great. Clean. Convenient. We will be back.

Nice apt and a good value,

  • 4 of 5

Good location and found clean and orderly. Could use a few furniture upgrades but for the money a very good deal. Outside water did not work which is a problem by the beach but I will use again.

Clean, plenty of amenities and close to everything.

  • 4 of 5

Very nice! Everything you could need for a getaway to the beach. Great location..close to everything. Clean, plenty of room for a family, though we were just a couple. We took the last evening to relax and wash our clothes so we wouldn't have to do it when we returned home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first visit to this area. The house was very clean, comfortable beds (very important). Great location.

Greg, the owner, greeted us and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the day we arrived, red tide had hit the beaches. Greg gave us information on other beaches we might try, which was very helpful. He also gave us suggestions for restaurants, which were all good. The book he has prepared is very helpful for first time visitors to the area. We would also highly recommend Anita's for breakfast. Clean, comfortable, good food.

We went to the Peace River Wildlife Center in Punta Gorda. It is a small rescue center. We were lucky to meet their star resident, Luna, the owl.

It was a great ride and enjoyed seeing the work they do at the center.

If we are lucky enough to go back to the Venice/Nokomis area, we will definitely stay here again.

Thank you, Greg.

Will be back next year!

  • 5 of 5

The owner Greg was there to greet me and had the lawn freshly mowed. Everything I needed was there. Shopping, the beach, restaurants all close by. Stayed here many times...never disappointed. Nice area felt safe being a single lady staying alone. Thanks Greg
