This one bedroom apartment situated in a very pleasant residential block (second floor with lift) in the heart of Antibes overlooking the port, is fully equipped and close to all amenities.
The apartment which is comfortably and modernly furnished consists of one mezzanine bedroom plus small attic twin bedded room. There is also a single sofa bed in the living room and a double sofa bed in the hallway.
The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, hob, microwave/grill, kettle and toaster, crockery and cutlery, iron & ironing board and washing machine.
The bathroom has a bath and shower and WC.
The living room opens out onto a terrace which overlooks the port for al fresco dining.
We know Antibes well and this small but comfortable apartment is in a great location, overlooking the marina and beside the train station. It is a perfect base for exploring the Nice area and further afield. For those with a car a garage is available ... very useful ,particularly in summer as parking in Antibes can be difficult . The apartment is well equipped [ and we liked the fact there is a bath!!} . But as other reviewers have said it is the wonderful views which are so special . . Sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine in the evening is hard to beat . Trina and Nick are great hosts and extremely accommodating . We will be back just as soon as we can . Fantastic stay in Antibes in a fab apartment. The location could not have been better, a few minutes walk from the train station and the old town. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need, but the gorgeous view from the terrace of the old port and the Med is what makes it special, both day and night. A perfect stay, thanks Trina and Nick.
What a great find - lovely apartment with those views of the marina and old town! Had a very relaxing time and Trina went the "extra mile" to accommodate our early arrival & later departure - which gratefully extended our stay any further. All the facilities you need for more of a 'homely' stay. We enjoyed it that much we are booking again for September - what more can I say! Best wishes.

Magic Antibes apartment with unrivalled views. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment located opposite the train station and 5 minutes...well everything is 5 minutes from here! Can comfortably sleep 4 adults + 2 kids.
I have stayed here on 5 different occasions each for a week long stretch, loved it every time.

The flat is situated in the centre of Antibes, overlooking the port. There are many restaurants, shops and other amenities very close by.
The town of Antibes is a beautiful old town on the French Riviera, close to Cannes, Monaco, Nice and Juan Les Pins. The station is very close by and the beach is a 5 minute walk.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental rate is required to secure a booking with the balance of the rental cost required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Alternatively a 50% payment can be made at the time of booking and the balance paid in cash on arrival.
