This property had a complete renovation with all new kitchen cabinets, granite, Stainless Steel appliances, carpet, paint & lots of new furniture. This property is very private, in fact, one of the only private pools left in Ventana Del Sol. It's an end unit and feels more like a home. Just installed a new remote controlled pool & yard unit, it makes operating the pool equipment a breeze, now you can sit back and enjoy the VERY private pool & spa hassel free. This is just about the best location in Palm Springs, just four blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, one block from the convention Center and two blocks from the Spa Hotel and Casino. It's only a five minute ride to the Airport. Includes covered, (gated) off street parking.

This townhome is a vacation place like no other with its own private pool and spa with a backdrop of the most beautiful mountain views anywhere. The interior is adorned with taste and comfort & is kept impeccably clean, most of my renters have been back over & over again. One Master Suite, 1 1/2 baths, a Den with a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper which will sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the stone fireplace in the livingroom or watch your favorite TV program or DVD on one of two Flat screen TVs, free wireless internet and local / long distance phone calls to anywhere in the USA & Canada. Every room is a sanctuary, the kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, everything you should need for a gourmet meal or a simple snack can be found in this kitchen, all you need is a trip to the grocery store.

I was the first to buy in this complex of 15 so I feel I picked the prime unit, it comes with the very important 2nd half bath, all on one level, a very private pool without other units looking down on you, great mountain views, and completely renovated. This is also with out a doubt the best location in Palm Springs.

Romanic getaway July '09

My wife and I stayed here for our 17th anniversary.This place was so nice.This would be the place to stay if you are ever going to Palm Springs for a romanic getaway. We would definitely come back!!!

Second Time Around and Still Fantastic!

This is our second time staying at the condo and our stay was just as perfect if not better; our first time was during the summer and now in the winter. Love the fact that it’s within walking distance to downtown, enjoy a stroll to the nearby Movie Colony neighborhood or a short drive to the Tram or hiking trails. Don't have a car, Uber is readily available. The best part is that even in the winter, you can take a swim in the private pool and relax in the spa. The weather was cool enough that we were able to enjoy the fireplace which made for a very cozy stay. Bob and Greg are wonderful to work with from the initial request to the check-in/out process. Everything is hassle free. I would recommend this location to anyone. We can't wait to return – it’s that perfect for us!

Great location with beautiful mountain views..Close to everything.

Very pretty and updated property. Really enjoyed the fireplace as it was really cool when we were there. All the amenities of home. Very comfortable,well stocked with all you need. Property manager Greg and owner Robert Koch were always. Accommodating and helpful.Definitely would recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in Palm Springs.
