Love this place, it was like a home away from home. Owner responded promptly to email and was very pleasant. The condo has everything you need during your stay. Very clean and spacious and the beach is not to far from the condo. Loved it!!!!

Great condo, great location

  • 5 of 5

The place was perfect for our stay. Everything was exactly as pictured. Except the pool is larger than it looks in the picture. Very clean, well appointed, well stocked. The kitchen had good pots and pans, lots of glasses, and nice conveniences like a cooler bag. There was a surprisingly large amount of beach gear. We loaded up the beach buggy and walked over to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Sunset beach is beautiful. It's nice and quiet, but if you want action, there is a beach bar close by.

The complex does not have a bbq area on site, but there is a park a block away that has two grills, and there was never anyone else there when we used it. There is a grocery store and drug store within a 15 min walk. And lots of restaurants all around. But the condo itself is in a pretty quiet area.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again!

Exactly What We Were Looking For

  • 5 of 5

This was a great spot for our short weekend trip. Beautiful beaches and great restaurants are close by- this area is much more peaceful than up the beach at Clearwater. Area is bike-friendly, and we used them quite a bit. We also play tennis and the unit is directly across the street from public courts with lights.

I brought pots and pans thinking there wouldn't be any, but the kitchen was very well-stocked for a condo. There were also plenty of towels for the beach and showers, and chairs too. Would definitely come back- it was such a great value and the owner is kind and responsive. Definitely recommend. Pictures don't do it justice.

Also, if you like gyros, St. Pete Beach Produce & Deli serves the best one I've ever had, and it's right down the street.

Superbe voyage!

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful place to stay

  • 5 of 5

The property was certainly nicer than the pictures in the ad. The condo had all the amenities of home that were needed for us. It was easy to find, and located in a non-touristy residential area, about 45 minutes from Tampa. It was a very quiet, private place. There were several good places to eat, either within walking distance, or within a very short drive.

Many beautiful public beaches were located within a very short drive as well. There were several choices for grocery shopping and local shops and galleries with local artists works on display and for sale.

We would certainly recommend this for a rental, and would certainly stay here again if back in the area.
