About this property

Conveniently located between Hickman and New Castle Streets in South Rehoboth Beach, 502C King Charles Avenue is a second-floor condo rental one block from the beach and boardwalk! Single-level and open-concept living await guests who stay at this meticulously cared for condo. Enter into the combo kitchen and living area, which then flows out onto the screen porch on the front of the vacation rental. The porch is great for outdoor dining, and can also function as an additional living area to enjoy the summer breezes of the Delaware Beaches. Back inside, guests will find two bedrooms that share a hall bathroom when they walk down the hallway past the kitchen. As an added bonus, guests can pack lighter than usual, as the owner provides two Tommy Bahama beach bag chairs! This second floor condo includes off-street parking for one car plus one on-street parking pass.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. Great location 1 block from the boardwalk

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a small 2 bedroom unit with living room seating for a maximum of 3 people. The facility was clean and decently maintained, although the kitchen faucet dripped constantly. Also the kitchen was minimally supplied; only 1 teaspoon and 1 middle size plate. And no mid-size frying pan. On the plus side, the bedrooms and the front porch were nice.

Fantastic place!

Nicer than we expected!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is completely updated, immaculately clean, and was a pleasant and sunny place for our family of four. Parking behind the unit was very tight, but there were always street spots available nearby if you have a parking pass. We barely heard the occupants of other units, although there is some street noise.
