Great Place for Man, Woman & Their Best Friends

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay in Chester with family, friends, and dogs. The backyard creek was very popular with my son's dog...in fact, maybe a little too popular. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. Got in some excellent hikes and checked out the numerous "junk" stores in the area. Found some treasures at the shops and an art show at the park. Would also recommend the scones at Cravings. Good old fashioned fun for you and yours.

Charming house for all 9 of us!

  • 5 of 5

We spent 5 nights in Chester and enjoyed our stay at the house. It was perfect for the two families. We cooked some and ate out. The nice part was that there was no TV and the boys had to figure out how to entertain themselves. We all sat out on the nice porch with the great yard to wind down from our busy day of hiking, biking, boating, and jet skiing. This house is in a good location and it is easy to get to multiple places. The house is equipped with everything we needed. We cannot wait to go back!

This home inside and out is amazing !!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time in Chester. Staying at this property made it a wonderful experience. The home had everything we needed and more. I have an Aunt that lives in the town and I wanted a creek like she has in her backyard. The backyard is magical with that little river, bar-b-cue and games or to just simply sit and enjoy the peacefullness. We will definitely stay at this home again in the future.

The home is very comfortable and relaxing. We had 8 guys staying and it was fine. Nice kitchen and BBQ outside.

Just wish it had a TV although we were out most of the time.

Would like to stay there again which we plan on doing.

WONDERFUL HOME. CHARMING AND COMFORTABLE. Owners are responsive, kind people.

Had a great time with our grandchildren ages 13 to 22. Despite age differences, there were amenities that entertained them all from the house itself to nature walks. We plan to rent again. Loved the place.

Relaxing, Affordable Cabin in Quiet Mountain Town

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here in February, the cabin was very nice but not too fancy that we had to stress about our kids playing and having fun. There was a ton of snow in the yard for them to make snow men, build a sled hill and have snowball fights. I would say there would be snow here for weeks after a big storm. We shopped at the holiday grocery store, which has everything it's pretty much a Safeway. They have a club card for a discount (there are a bunch of these at the cabin on the shelf in the kitchen). The place was very clean and comfortable. The wood stove was awesome and kept the place toasty. There was no TV in the living room!!! Also awesome. 8 and 10 year old wonder "how people live like this?" Encourages more family time and playing. There was games and toys around to keep kids occupied.

We went to a sledding hill nearby off chester ski road off 36 near the super ditch. It was perfect for all skill levels of sledding.

Our family had an amazing time and would love to come back and check it out during the summer.
