The Columbia House has been thoughtfully decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. This home was recently remodeled. It has four bedrooms, two separate living rooms, two full bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining area. Just off the kitchen is a mudroom and laundry room. The backyard has a grassy area and a picnic table for outdoor bbq-ing. This home is a great place for a family reunion, a wedding party, a special anniversary celebration or for the holiday. With it's ability to provide comfort for up to 12 people it is also a great value.

This vacation home is owned and managed by the Sandy Cove Inn, which is located on the same block. We are a small family owned business. You will have access to the manager of the Inn as well so that if you need anything - someone will be available!

This home is smoke and pet free.

This home began a love story. Steve and Annie Dillard purchased this home in 2004, it was to be their dream vacation home. And they fell in love with the Seaside community, the great guests and decided to turn this home into a vacation rental, and then added three more homes and the Sandy Cove Inn. Their spirit of sharing and hospitality was the genesis of Red Door Properties. Today the family owned business serves thousands of guests who come to Seaside to relax, enjoy down time with their family and the many sites and attractions nearby.

The Columbia House is located a short 3 minute walk to the beach. A great place for the whole family to walk , fly kites, beach comb, surf or windsurf. The U Street community is on the southern end of Seaside, it is kid friendly, quiet and a great place to relax. Nearby there are three restaurants, a family owned market and a nine hole golf course.
