This unique townhouse is located in the action of historic 25th street and the old Union Rail Station. Nearby there are many fine restaurants and taverns like Union Grill, Jasohs, Artisan Grille, Tona Sushi, Roosters Brewing Company, Bistro 258, Athenian Greek, Great Harvest Bread, Sonora Grill (Mexican), Iggy's Sports Grill.

Iam retired cargo ship Captain, with a wide range of work experience all around the World. I consider my passions to be sailing and skiing. I race sail boats locally and internationally. I enjoy skiing in USA as well as in Europe. While in high school, I skied with the "KS Kolejarz" Ski Club.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2007
The first time I skied in Utah was during the Olympic Games in 2002. I foung skiing here to be extremely exhilarating and rewarding experience and was especially awed by the tremendous mountains. I belive that snow in Utah is by far the best in the world. I found that skiing the Snowbasin and Powder Mountain with Helicopter skiing is a fatastic and memorable experience for all your life.
The Townhouse is located in the middle of 25th St which is a historic center of Ogden with walking gate to gated property right from 25th St and driving gates from Wall Ave and Lincoln Ave. After ski this unique location gives you the opportunity to explore fine antique shops, excellent dining, exhibitions, museums, Aqua Park and Cinemas.

Great Location. We were able to check out some of the smaller local business on 25th street (Waffle Love, Cold Stone, Karen's Cafe and Pig & A Jelly Jar) . We were with in walking distance to the movie theater, temple and other downtown activities (Train Museum).
Our kids enjoyed being able to do Pokemon walks at night up and down 25th Street, including the park on 25th and Washington. Since we went in July we were able to walk to see all the Days of '47 activities.
The loft was great for our 3 boys and having the couch/or futon in the 2nd floor bedrooms was helpful.
The owner did all he could to help us during his stay. A+
My family and I stayed for a week and this property was just what we needed. Parking is creative, but workable. Would definitely stay again! Owner is good to work with.
Great location in regards to 25th street (restaurants, bars, coffee, etc), and a relatively large, no frills townhouse.
Neighborhood is so-so. There was loud partying one night until about 4am on night, and a stranger (drunk) tried to get in another night, he was fumbling with keys and the door, and when we opened the door to see what was going on, he walked in. I doubt this is a common occurrence, but we did deal with it.
Be careful where you park if you are not in the garage. We had two cars, so one was in the garage, the other we parked in a spot right behind the house. There were plenty of spaces, but apparently all numbered spaces are reserved, unfortunately the numbers were all covered by snow, and our car was towed.
There is visitor parking (2 spots) but it also says max of 8 hours. So after one car was towed for 225$, we didn't want to risk getting towed by leaving one of our cars in the space for over 8 hours.
The house had smart tv which was great, we used netflix and youtube. The rest of the house worked well too. Plenty of space, working appliances etc. It's not a fancy place, but for the money it's hard to beat.
All in all I would recommend this townhouse. Just don't be surprised by the parking situation, and the occasional noisy neighbor.
This is a well appointed condo. Very clean and usable. Great for families.
We had a family reunion in Ogden this year so we were excited to find this place and it was fun to be so close to 25th street. we had lots of little kids who enjoyed the loft area. plenty of sleeping space, friendly neighbors. Great accommodations for what we needed.
This unit was really well situated in walking distance of many amenities. Was a little challenging to find the first time since the entrace is through a parking lot but would stay here again in a heartbeat.
