Yellowstone Townhome Rental Photos and Description

3 bedrooms, 3 full bath, sleeps 8 comfortably

Once you discover Big Sky and all this area has to offer year round, you will understand it's popularity. There is quiet and solitude for those who need it and nightlife with non-stop fun for those who seek it. A couple anticipating a romantic getaway or a group inquiring into a family reunion, look no further. When you arrive at our townhouse let the vacation begin. The winter ski season in the Big Sky area has something for all. Vast terrain offers a wide variety of skiing challenges no matter your level of expertise. Our close proximity (only 100 steps to a lift and the slopes) for winter fun is shared by year round blue ribbon trout fishing down the mountain on the Gallatin River. Our convenient location to everything in the Mountain Village is a big plus. Easy ski in ski out. In addition, the Meadow Village offers an Arnold Palmer design 18 hole golf course for more summer enjoyment (watch for moose). There is so much to explore in Big Sky country.

Year round we offer comfortable accommodations that will please all. From high quality, cushy cotton sheets topped with cozy comforters to a Pak-n-play and high chair for the littlest member of your group. We cater to everyone's wishes. Our kitchen is fully supplied with extra appliances including a 6 quart crock pot (set the chili on low while you tear up the slopes), blender (from milk shakes to margaritas), 10 cup coffee maker and a two slice toaster. Each bathroom has a complete supply of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotion and a blow dryer. If there is anything our guests think they might need, just ask. We are more than happy to accommodate.

Come, enjoy, be our guest.

About Brian and Judy at Maxland Properties by email only

It didn't take long for us to fall for Big Sky country. This place does something to people. You linger longer - look closer into the views that abound, breathe deeper the aromas of the mountains and listen to the sounds of silence. This is our home away from home. We loved it so much we were married in the bowl.

Why Brian and Judy at Maxland Properties by email only chose Yellowstone

Like many of you, we work hard so we play hard, too. Some of our favorite past times include hiking, fly fishing and golf not to mention hitting the slopes. And what a lovely place to practice all of these hobbies. It just made sense to invest in this area.

Great trip!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second trip to Brian and Judy's place. It is a great condo in a perfect location at a wonderful ski area. They have done some nice upgrades to the property since our visit last year. The condo is clean and well maintained and Brian is easy to contact as is his local property manager. The description of the property is accurate in the listing. I would recommend this property and I'd stay here again.

Great place for a ski trip!

  • 5 of 5

Stayed in the townhouse for a week for our annual ski trip and it was fantastic. The townhouse itself has plenty of space, is well maintained and the kitchen has everything you need to cook your own food (we cooked meals 5 of the nights we were there). The layout and the number of bathrooms (3 full) gave everyone in our group of friends plenty of space.

The skiing was great. The Back Bear Poma Lift is across the street from the complex, and a quick, easy walk from the unit. The lift takes you directly to the main base area at Big Sky Resort and from there you can access anywhere on the mountain without difficulty. It was a real treat being able to easily access the mountain in the morning without a long walk or bus ride and skiing almost back to our front door at the end of the day!

The hot tub access was also great. We walked to the hot tub a few nights and it is about a 10 minute walk, maybe less, with changing areas available near the hot tub and heated pool. They also have servers that will take drink orders while you are in the hot tub or you can bring your own refreshments. Some nights we actually drove to the hot tub (I know, pretty lazy) and were able to park right outside the hot tubs without difficulty.

Brian and Judy were very friendly and easy to work with. They did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend going to Big Sky (great skiing, no lift lines, good terrain, beautiful area) and staying here!

great times!

  • 5 of 5

Judy and Brian are such a pleasure to work with! They're both very nice, extremely organized and will respond quickly to any questions you may have.

The townhouse was phenomenal. They are more prepared than you would ever expect, from fresh towels to chilled beer mugs! The location really is an easy 5 minute or less walk to the main resort and the poma lift is a block away... so convenient! The beds are super cozy and there are thermostats in every single room so you can adjust to your own liking. Also, the kitchen contains every piece of cookware imaginable so we never had an issue cooking! Just be sure to go grocery shopping in Bozeman first where the food is a little cheaper.

The facilities are great and we definitely took advantage of the outdoor pool and hot tubs!

Anyway, I would 100% recommend this place for anyone! Book now!

Perfect Fit

  • 5 of 5

We arrived with our 20 month old grandson and found everything we needed for a great long weekend. The crib and high chair were a big plus. The unit was immaculate with nice decor and ample amenities. As our adult children arrived later, all had their own space to relax in with a welcoming family room and eating area. The unit is right next to poma lift allowing skiers quick access to the hill. The rest of us enjoyed the short walk to the base area for lots of snow fun. The entry area is laid out nice to contain all the snow clothes with easy access to the garage for ski and sledding gear. A fox even visited us by peeking through the windows on the deck doors one morning during breakfast. We have stayed at many places on the Mountain - this was definitely one of my favorites.

Skiing is number one! Our Big Horn townhouse is located in the heart of the Mountain Village, Big Sky, 40 miles south of Bozeman. We are a true ski in/out facility with the poma lift a stone's throw from the front door. Our unit is central to all amenities between the Summit and Huntley Lodge at the Mountain Mall - seasonal rentals, shopping, etc. Also, located close to such attractions as Yellowstone National Park (37 miles) and year round trout fishing on the Gallatin, Madison and Yellowstone Rivers. Enjoy the many hiking and mountain biking trails from an easy stroll to the most challenging workout. During the summer months, Big Sky offers zipline and chairlift rides on Lone Mountain. Pursue an extraordinary hike to the summit (11,200') and be rewarded with spectacular views. Take a camera, sufficient water, sunscreen and a windbreaker. For a more casual encounter, there are a wide variety of wonderful restaurants, spa facilities, shops and boutiques just waiting to be explored.
