You can clearly see from the photos this is an exceptional home in an exceptional community, which combines quality of living, secure gated community and ideal location within the resort.

The community has been recently completed by one of the regions major developers with a history of quality homes in superbly designed communities….AND in every case they have been very very popular with guests spending holidays here.

We have no doubt that Tropical Gardens will be equally a popular holiday home and if you take all holiday costs into consideration the home works out as exceptional value. The home overlooks the tropical designed main pool which leads into an indoor heated pool with a gym and a sauna, plus a summer cafe bar and a pagoda, making it an all year round holiday destination in a resort that has a long season and is in fact open all year round.

There are 4 bedrooms , a king bed, 2 x twin bedroom and a double bed, with the main bedrooms having an en-suite bathroom. The open plan living leads to a good sized balcony on the first floor that overlooks the swimming pool and both pool views and westerly views towards the coast. The home is fully appointed so all you need are personal belongings.

In addition you can walk to the beach although we provide many free shuttles on call both to the beaches and into old Side. Plus within a few minutes walk are several popular restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the main street in SIDE in under 10 minutes.

The community is safe and secure, great for all ages and somewhere where parents can relax whilst children play in the children’s playground.

We have more photos and also ask for our free online video of SIDE resort. To summarize F 7 provides a high quality home in a luxurious community and ticks all the holiday boxes. We always believe having a great annual holiday is based around the right accommodation so when you are adding up total holiday costs, door to door, remember per person a variance of £30 for example on what you pay for the accommodation is a fraction of the total and should not be a consideration.

Plus in addition to our 24/7 contact ability we employ full time managers to take care of guests in resort and to make sure the home is up to standard, ready to receive guests. They are just brilliant managers who will do anything for our guests 24/7; so guests are ensured a carefree holiday. For your security all payments are placed in an INSURANCE BONDED Royal Bank of Scotland Client account until after the holiday is over. Only then is payment released to the owner.

A car is not necessary in resort and we can provide airport transfers through a reputable licensed private taxi company with free drink and stop for groceries, making it a seamless 45 minute transfer. In resort we have additional benefits and discounts for our guests and also can recommend sight seeing and activity tours from own exeriences

Hillside appartments

Fantastic complex and superb apartment, very clean on arrival and furnished to a high standard. Big balcony overlooking the pool. Anastasia ( manager)was very helpful on the odd occasion we needed to speak to her. Local restaurants and even the beach bars will come and get you and drop you off free of charge which was great!! Richard and the team were very helpful and knowledgable when we made the booking and the whole thing run very smoothly. We loved it here so much, we have already booked for 2016!!!!!

Me and my family stayed at the Hillside d9 from Aug 16th for 2 weeks I can honestly say from the moment we booked to the moment we came home we experienced excellent service, the apartment was exceptional the complex was exceptional and so was the resort. We had a lovely 2 weeks people were lovely and friendly and would fully recommend this complex and booking through this website.
