The master suite and sitting room also face the bay with access to the private upstairs screen porch. The views are unforgettable. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and two separate sink areas. Another bedroom, with private bath, make this level very private and great for allowing families some separate space. The upstairs sitting area includes a wet bar, wine refrigerator, and TV viewing area which opens to the screened porch with views of the bay.
