Tidewater Low 10th Floor professionally decorated 1131 sq.ft oceanfront condo, Sleeps 8 king size bed in suite 1, King size bed in suite 2. bunk area with 2 Twin Beds & Queen Sofa Sleeper. It is essentially a 3 bedroom + 3 full baths condo for the price of a 2 Bedroom both with King Size Beds. This condo has custom tile and wood flooring there is NO CARPET. There is a washer / dryer no need to pack extra clothes. We replace all linens before each check in so you always have clean sheets & towels. Enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this professionally decorated unit.

Our guests' comfort is important to us, we have furnished our spacious unit with everything you would expect and deserve while on vacation. The living room has a brand new 65" HDTV cable, . Each bedroom has flat screen TVs . Living room & both bedrooms have room-darkening drapes & blinds for guests wishing to sleep late, or afternoon naps. The kitchen area looks out over the blue gulf water, fully stocked with vacation rental cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils & appliances.

There is a one-time resort fee of $35 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $45 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

30 days or more out a $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you.
