Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, plus a queen sofa bed. We've slept a lot of kids here at Mardi Gras. Beautiful rooftop deck with skyline views. Ground level unit with no handicap access issues. Private fitness facility with cardio machines and weights. Full modern kitchen with pots and pans and everything you need to cook. Beautifully furnished, with local art, hardwood floors, and high ceilings.

We absolutely loved the condo. All rooms are very nice, spacious and well kept. The rooftop terrace with the hottub and BBQ is absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed it very much. The condo is very central in NOLA: the arts/warehouse bars and restaurant are within minutes easy walking distance and so is Morial Convention Center and the riverfront. The French quarter is also within easy walking distance. I'd certainly recommend this appartment to anyone staying in NOLA.

We were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this unit beyond what we expected. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and close to wherever we wanted and needed to go. Dina was great in her communication. Unreservedly recommended!
Very clean, larger than appears in pictures. Everything you need is here. Great location. Walked to convention center to bourbon street, everywhere. Few streets away from trolley....great grocery store...great food. We felt very safe and secure. Dina had great tips of where to eat....where to go. She also was easy to connect with regarding any questions. Can't go wrong here....would recommend to couples...friends...smaller families. Thanks!!!!
This was our second stay, and we enjoyed it as much as our first. Very nice place. Clean and central to all good things; trolley, French Quarter, Garden District, WWII museum and tons of fine restaurants. Very hospitable hosts, and the apartment is well-provisioned. Hope to return!
My wife and I stayed in the apartment with my in-laws. I attended a conference at the New Orleans conference center. It was barely more than a five minute walk from the apartment. Basically the time walking in the conference center was as long as the time walking on the street. An large number of good restaurants are within easy walking distance as well. My in-laws among other things spent a lot of time at the WWII museum which was even closer and hence super convenient. All other downtown amenities are close by.
The apartment is spacious for four people and had everything that we could have asked for. The off-street parking spot also came in handy.
The owner, Dina, was quick and very helpful in all our communications. A very pleasant experience all around.
I can highly recommend this place for any kind of downtown activities, be it for leisure or work.
My wife and I, along with her sister and brother-in-law just spent a wonderful week in New Orleans. This condo was the perfect home base for the trip. Within easy walking distance of almost anywhere you'd want to go for New Orleans' famous nightlife, yet quiet and very comfortable for those nights you want to stay in and recover. The secure parking was an added bonus, even if we only used the car 2 days out of the week we were there (the Rouses Market on Baronne St was so close we just walked there for groceries). We will definitely re-book for any future New Orleans trips.
Dina was very communicative throughout the entire process, and a special thanks to her for going out of the way to accommodate the unexpected early arrival of my in-laws.

On Tchoupitoulas St: Lucy's, Emeril's, Legacy Kitchen (in the Renaissance Arts Hotel)
On Magazine St: The Ruby Slipper (breakfast), Magazine Pizza (for recovery nights)
French Quarter: Little Vic's (lunch) on Toulouse St between Bourbon and Royal streets
Very very nice stay. The hosts were gracious in their provisioning of the place. All the essentials, if you need them. We made daily coffee, and that was about the extent of our use of the kitchen. The food in NOLA is so amazing, we weren't about to waste a meal on my cooking.
The central business district is really a great place to stay. We rented a car, and there is off street parking included. We ventured to Frenchmen Street (great music and art scene without the cheesiness of Bourbon Street, although cheesy has its moments), the galleries on Magazine St., the universities, the Garden District, Metarie, and the plantations, all within close driving distance. Lots of excellent restaurants right around the apartment as well.
This appears to be a converted warehouse. The ceilings are high, and the rooms are of ample size. Really perfect for two couples, as each bedroom has its own private bath. The only critique I would have, and I may be wrong about this, but it seems to me that the bed in the left side bedroom is a full, not a queen. We sleep in a queen at home, and it seemed smaller. I didn't use a tape measure against the bed in the other bedroom, which seems to be a queen sized bed. It could also be that we gorged ourselves so thoroughly that it made the bed seem smaller.
Nonetheless, it was an excellent stay, and we will certainly stay here again. It was clean, secure and really nice. What a great town, and a great central place to stay to enjoy all it has to offer.
