This condo could be your 'Home away from Home' on Sanibel Island. The 3-bedroom unit is a spacious (1600 sq. ft) ground-floor unit which has been completely renovated and filled with beautiful new furniture. The updated condo has all new tile floors, appliances, granite countertops, and completely renovated bathrooms that are designed with your comfort in mind.This condo is impeccably decorated in a tropical theme that is very warm and inviting. There is a large dining room table that will easily accommodate a family of 8 for dinner.

Blind Pass Condos are located on the tranquil part of the island, tucked between Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and the quiet island of Captiva. Just a short walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds and over the bayou bridge gives you access to Bowman’s Beach. This three and a half mile, unspoiled, pristine white sand beach is famous for its shelling, swimming and beautiful sunsets.

Equipment and Technology: The living room has a large 42' flat screen HD TV, Blue Ray, audio receiver and ipod/computer adapter for music. Complementary secure wireless internet (WIFI) is provided for your use in the condo. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen HD TVs and the master has a DVD player.

We have equipped the condo with chairs, toys, umbrellas, ice chests, thermos jugs and a beach cart for your visits to the beach. All Blind Pass guests are welcome to use the tennis courts, kayaks in the bayou and the beautiful heated swimming pool.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.The linen service supplies you with quality linens and beach towels.

Condo Details: There is a master suite with tropical decor and all new furnishings and renovated bathroom. The other two beautifully appointed guest rooms share a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower complete with a safety bar and bench. There is also a separate dressing room with an extra sink and ample counter space. The open floor plan encourages large family dinners and evening gatherings. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit in addition to ample lighting. Open the sliding door to the furnished screened-in porch and enjoy the afternoon island breezes.

The kitchen is completely renovated with granite counters, new stainless steel appliances,breakfast bar and lovely cabinetry. The kitchen is well stocked with new dishes, glasses, quality pots and small appliances.

Location: Blind Pass Condos are located on the tranquil part of the island, tucked between Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and the quiet island of Captiva. There is a private path which leads you to Bowman's Beach, a 3.5 mile white sand beach which is known for its shelling, swimming, dolphin, bird watching and beautiful sunsets. Bowman's Beach on Sanibel Island is named one of the top ten secluded beaches in America according to ShermansTravel. (see Sherman's website) The beautiful lush landscaping at Blind Pass sets the mood for a truly tropical vacation.

The condo is conveniently located near the beach path, grill area (complete with 6 new gas grills) and oversized heated pool. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a private path which leads you over a beautiful bayou with herons, osprey and abundant sea life.

Blind Pass holds a special place in my heart. I have been vacationing here since I was a young woman and my husband and I continued the tradition when we decided to bring our own children here 25 years ago. We love the private beach, being close to nature, and the family atmosphere on the Island. We finally decided to purchase a condo to call our own.

What makes this condo unique

In addition to the amenities that Blind Pass offers, we love the location of our condo. Not only are we close to the pool and grill area, but our condo also faces the outside of the complex, giving us maximum privacy, quick access to the beach, and very convenient parking.

Best vacation ever!

We had the best time at the Miller's beautiful beach condo. The location couldn't be more ideal for those wanting to escape. The beach was 3 minutes away by bike and was by far the most pristine beach we found on the island. We came to fly fish and caught our largest snook EVER directly off the beach. The property itself far exceeded our expectations. It was so tastefully decorated, immaculate (even for a germaphobe standards), ideally situated between Sanibel and Captiva and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were told when booking it was the nicest unit in the complex and we couldn't agree more. We rented bikes from Billy's Bike Rentals, per Barbara's recommendation and the process could not have been easier. They delivered them before we arrived and picked them up after we left all for a $10 fee. We are embarrassed to admit that we ate at Doc Ford's Rum Bar 5 of the 7 nights we were there. The food was excellent, it was well-priced comparatively and the service was better than anywhere on the island. We rode our bikes everywhere, fished like crazy people and our dear friends who joined us got engaged! We couldn't recommend this beautiful property highly enough and will be back next year, if not years to come.

Week in paradise, and with two small grandchildren

We just returned from a wonderful week at Barbara and Glenn's Blind Pass condo, where we stayed with out grown children and two small grandchildren.. The property was artistically decorated,thoroughly equipped, and in excellent condition -- just as described in the listing. The Blind Pass Condo office handled most of the details, but I did exchange several emails with Barbara and she was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend or relative. We went to the beach every day, and also to the nice pool very close to the condo. The beach was lovely (lots of shells), and a short and interesting walk away. We saw manatees several times in a waterway while walking across the bridge. We very much enjoyed visiting the J. N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge and the Sanibel Historical Village. We ate a number of meals at the condo (there were convenient barbecue grills nearby), and tended towards child-friendly restaurants when we ate out. We liked the Island Cow, the Blue Giraffe, the Lazy Flamingo, and especially Doc Ford's. My wife and I did have a special night out (just the two of us) and went to the Mad Hatter, which was excellent and worth the price.

We did not want to leave!

We had originally planned to rent a house on Sanibel for a month. An illness delayed making reservations and there were no houses left for our time period. A condo seemed a second choice. This condo proved to be first class in every way. The location was perfect for us at the quiet end of the island and near Ding Darling Reserve. Booking was seamless and the property was outstanding, natural beauty and a very quiet beach. The unit itself was excellent, spacious, clean and comfortable. I always worry about a comfortable bed when I travel and the beds were great. There are lots of good restaurants on Sanibel, our favorite The Sunset Grill was nearby. The best recommendation We can give is that we didn't want to leave and we are retuning next year.

Quiet serenity

A great place with plenty of room for game playing, reading, relaxing on the screen porch. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely swimming pool and well maintained grounds. Covered garage for one car. Lots of beach toys and chairs. Five minute walk to great shelling beaches. At north end of Sanibel, near Captiva, and a 10 minute drive to most restaurants and shops. About 15 minutes to the causeway or more if traffic is heavy on the two-lane main road.

The property was clean and well-maintained with plenty of linens.
