Great Getaway!

Clean, very well-equipped, and secure condo in a wonderful setting--Cape Harbour. Rented for entire month of February, 2017, and enjoyed many pleasant hours on the lanai and in the condo. Both bedrooms plus the living room have sliding glass doors onto the screened lanai, with view looking northeast--watched the sunrise nearly every morning, which was wonderful! Cooked and ate many meals in, using the modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Lots of plastic storage containers for our left-overs too! Also enjoyed nearby restaurants--3 + a coffee shop featuring organic coffee, fresh pastries, and even gelato--all within a few steps of the condo. Great neighborhood to walk in with lots of boats and birds and people to watch. We used the community (heated) pool about 2 blocks away from condo many times, often just soaking up the sun in the lounge chairs there. Publix grocery store, Lobster Lady fish market and café, YogaFit, Wells Fargo bank, and Shell gas station are all just one mile away, which was great. Only drawbacks were intermittent wifi (had to unplug and re-plug the power cord numerous times) and noise from extremely loud motorcycles charging off into the night, particularly on weekends and on nights when there were free concerts downstairs at the bar. All in all, a great getaway!

Nice, comfortable, and clean!

The listing was accurate. The property was clean. There was no hot water the first night. Took a bit to get the hot water heater started, but after that everything was great! I would recommend this property. A couple of restaurants we recommend are The Beached Whale and Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille.

Very nice property.

This is our second visit to this unit and we will certainly use it in the future. Bernie has been very good to deal with. The older carpet has been removed and the new tile floors in the bedrooms are really nice. Although we have never had a problem the secure parking in the building gives piece of mind as well. Would recommend this unit to others.

The apartment itself is great (except for the ugly stains on the master BR carpet, the owner advised that a tile floor will be installed soon). The view is to the east so sunrises are nice if you're a morning person. Quiet,comfortable bed with a range of pillow firmness, nice kitchen(even if most of the pans should be tossed). The water flow in the shower leaves a bit to be desired, but is functional. I also had to work a bit to get the TV going. I don't have a US phone so couldn't call the owner or I'm sure this would have been easier. There is a 'phone' in the unit, but has no battery.

The only other surprise was not in the unit itself, but the condo. There are 2 pools but rather small for a setting like this. More like a private pool. Same for the 'gym'. Just a few treadmills and free weights crowded in with an antiquated multi-function station.

On the other hand the shops and restaurants on the ground floor are worth visiting and on weekends there's live music and a farmer's market. All just outside the door!

Great view from Cape Harbur Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Weber's condo. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. Saw a beautiful sunrise and lightning. The condo was lovely and the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed the pool, which was very warm in July; as well as the restaurants and shops that are on the property. Under cover parking is provided, which is also a plus. We would definitely recommend this condo. The only complaint we had, which is minor, is the carpet in the master bedroom. It definitely could use a cleaning or replacing as there were some bad stains on it.
