This roomy (600 square foot) second-floor vacation home comfortably sleeps two. MARBLE tile bathroom access from foyer allows use without disturbing anyone sleeping. CHERRY WOOD floors add warmth. Fully equipped kitchen. Garden with POOL and for a quiet cocktail or swim. In the hub of South Beach's NIGHTLIFE, but apartment is located away from the street so restful sleep is possible.

Great location - Historic Art Deco District: Two blocks to Ocean Drive and the beach. Night clubs and restaurants steps away. Espanola Way -- a
very fun traffic-free street for walking among galleries, restaurants, etc. -- is around the
corner. Two blocks to Lincoln Road. Daily parking is available 1-1/2 blocks away at 16th Street and Washington Blvd. parking structure.

South Beach has been a favorite vacation location for me for many, many years. The clubs and restaurants are superb, the ocean fantastic and the architecture perfect. And what a great mix of people.
We had a perfect stay at Hudson ART DECO. The ubication is perfect if you are not going to rent a car. You are near to the beach (3 blocks) and 2 blocks from pedestrean area.
If you want to go to the mall (SAWGRASS) you can have a bus for 25 dollars per person, round trip. Also, you can have an UBER if you want to go to AVENTURA Mall (almost 20 dollars to go). Anyway, If you have a car, you have parking places near.
The apartament has all the amenities: Double bed and a double sofa bed; refrigerator; microwave; caffee machine... anything you may need. There is a common swimming pool that can be used at 11pm.
Lillian, the contact, was incredible nice with us. She provided her cell phone so she was alert if we have any kind of concern.
Totally recomendable for a couple and even to go with a kid.

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay. At first, I wasn't sure about the apartment because of a few flaws, but over time it grew on us. We're used to staying at luxury places (homes or hotels). What we loved was the comfortable bed. We loved the laundry area and the location of the apartment. Miami is like a second home to us and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
A note for the owner: We feel the owner and team should do more as far as the aesthetic of the home. We were able to see where the walls were repaired, but not painted over to match the rest of the wall. There were a few items in the home with wear and tear or damaged that should be replaced or fixed.
Overall it was well worth it, the only thing was that the door was a little hard to open and the bed was very firm and not very comfortable. But it was a great location with 5 guys right across the street and a very nice pool! I can't wait to stay again!
This apartment has the absolute best location, right around the corner from Espanola Way. David was great about communicating with us-- I always had an answer back the same day I asked a question. The apartment was larger than expected and equipped with everything we needed. We'd recommend it to anyone!
