TreeTops is situated on the flat but does have steps leading up to it. Not really suitable for infirm/disabled persons because of its hillside location.
Plas Panteidal where the chalet is situated is not really suitable for disabled, infirm people due to its hillside location. Please note that the Chalet is situated in the former grounds of the old Bishop of Bangor's Palace, the water supply is a private supply and because the grounds are peat based the water maybe discoloured at times, maybe best to bring bottled water and boil water before cooking

Has potential but needs work
The voucher was not sent on arrival so we did not have the information required to enter the property. This required 6 phone calls to get a response to get the voucher email sent. On arrival we found the right hand side curtain was broken with the hooks missing meaning the curtains would not fully close. As well as this we noticed the shower door in the bathroom is loose so it does not fully close. The bedrooms are decorated well but the mattress in the double bedroom is thin and would need replacing. The chalet just needs a small amount tlc to make it lovely.
Clean well equipped cabin
Treetops was generally comfortable, well equipped, clean and had adequate heating for the rainy few days we stayed there. Unfortunately the road up to the cabin was very steep and very rough in parts, which put us off driving it more than once a day. Would also recommend taking your own pillows if you like a soft pillow.
A lovely little lodge in a peaceful location with a stunning view!!!
We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Wales for a family wedding. The lodge was lovely and clean upon arrival and was very well equipped. It has been decorated to a really good standard and feels like a home away from home. The only things we needed were towels, tea towels and some extra toilet rolls, but we knew this before setting off, so we were well prepared. Aberdovey is only a short drive away (approx 5 mins) and what a stunning little coastal village this is. The beach is gorgeous and there are some lovely little shops, pubs and cafes. It was really nice and relaxing sitting up on the balcony outside the lodge on an evening, taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. We would definitely recommend a stay here and would definitely visit again!
Nice place to stay !!!!!
It was very nice and well maintained!!!
Nice views, worth for money
Just to add it was yellow water coming in shower and wash basin.
It was a lovely chalet in a beautiful location. The road up was a little bumpy.
Beautiful views of the estuary, set in woods, very quiet.
Rained all day Monday, so we had a very quiet day and went for arrive in afternoon.
