Le Beausite is a third floor, triple aspect apartment in a central Chamonix location. Renovated in 2015 the apartment has a spacious and comfortable feel throughout. The entrance opens into a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the south of the valley towards Brévent. The hallway leads to an open plan dining and living area to include a good size balcony with clear views of Mont Blanc and surrounding peaks. The property sleeps up to 6 people in one double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds and a sofabed in the living area.

The apartment benefits from having a ski cellar and access to the underground secure parking. In the summer this property has access to an open air pool shared by other apartments in the Beausite building making it a great option for both Summer and Winter holidays.

Le Beausite is very well located for all Chamonix's facilities and access to the mountains. It is a good choice for families or groups who have some members heading into the mountains and others staying closer to town.

Situated just off the main street, Rue du Docteur Paccard, it's location means that the numerous shops, bars and restaurants of the town centre are a very short walk away. The nearest supermarket is Casino which is 150 metres from the apartment.

For access to the slopes, the nearest bus stop, Chamonix Centre, is 200m away. The nearest ski area is Brévent, 2 minutes by bus or car, just to the north of the town centre. The famous Aiguille du Midi cable car, for access to the Vallée Blanche, is 600 metres away.
