New and sunny holiday home, ideal for couples or families (3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child), equipped with a bedroom for 2 people with double bed and an extra bed in the living room, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV (with almost all German channels). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

The balcony is sunny, has afternoon sun. There are two sun loungers on the sun terrace of the building, so you can enjoy the best climate in the world and the sea breeze. The apartment has exterior shutters, which can be completely closed. The building has an elevator and garage.

The apartment is located in the town center of the picturesque and quiet fishing village of Arguineguin in second line of sea. In the vicinity there are restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket, medical center, church, boardwalk at the beach, marina, shopping center, playgrounds, etc.

Also a few meters away, the sports complex in Arguineguin David Silva with pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, paddle tennis court, etc.

Tuesday there is a market. The bus stop (direct connection to the airport) and taxis are just a few meters away. Arguineguín is 10 minutes from Maspalomas and 10 minutes from Puerto Rico. The nearest golf course is 10 minutes away.

Lovely, well equipped apartment which is well positioned

There was no problem with check in or out of the property. We were met by Jose who lives locally, he was very helpful and also called in a couple of times to check everything was OK.

We were provided with some welcome wine and cooked meats which was appreciated.

The apartment was clean, bright and had all the things you need for a self catering holiday. The double bed was comfortable and our daughter was on a pull out bed which was fine.

There were lots of towels which were changed half way through a weeks stay.

Parking was great as there is an allocated space in a garage.

There is a store room with sun beds etc which can be taken to the beach. Upstairs is a nice sun terrace with sun loungers.

The beach and restaurants are all close by. There is a good selection of restaurants however night life is low key with many Spanish people eating their main meal in the day.

The resort itself has lots of Spanish charm and the tourists are largely Spanish, with the exception of the large hotels dotted around the beach. There is a square opposite the apartment where the locals meet up to sing and listen to the guitar.

Arguineguin is an ideal base for you to explore Gran Canaria with lots of places within an hours drive. A car is a must though as there would not be enough to do within the resort itself.

We would highly recommend this apartment.

It is located in the picturesque and quiet fishing village of Arguineguin, on the sea and one of the best climates in the world.

From the sunny terrace you can feel the sea breeze. It is in the center of a Canarian village, with its people, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, medical center, church, boardwalk, fishing pier, shopping center, playgrounds, petanque, swimming pool, etc.

On Tuesdays there is a market nearby. The bus and taxis are within walking distance.

It is close to popular resorts such as Playa del Ingles 15 km. and 5 km Puero Rico.

The brackish golf course is 15 minutes.
