We have stayed at this house a number of times and on each occasion have felt is appropriate to write a few lines as to how we found our stay and, in particular, the accommodation which, for us, is "just perfect". Just outside of the busy and sometimes noisy town centre but close enough to walk everywhere, although we now take bikes so we can get around a bit faster, and ensure that for our stay we never have to use the car.
The overall description remains accurate and the facilities are described and once you are through the door it is like a "home from home" and can cater for almost everyone's needs.
As always the property was clean and well maintained and, as always, we noted on going maintenance/additional equipment to ensure the continued high standards.
Key collection etc. is simple and, if for those very rare "emergencies" local contact names/numbers are provided - just the right amount of owner inter-reaction to make you feel comfortable without being imposing.
We would, and have recommended this property to family and friends and that's why each year we book early to ensure to weeks we want are free.
This is discrete from the outside, but like a Tardis inside. Was clean and comfortable and close to town and the beach without the noise. All fixtures and fittings of good quality. Breakfast sorted with a coffee shop and boulangerie within a minutes walk. Coffee shop also serves beer. What is there not to love about this place.
Great property - well located.
We stayed at this property for 2 nights from 19 Aug 2016. Its deceptively large, well located in Rue de Calais a few hundred yards from the lively center of Le T. Despite its proximity to the town center its very quiet and has easy access to the beach and main roads. The house itself is very comfortable, with all amenities and has been modernised very recently. It was clean, bright and light and we would definitely stay there again.
Tennis in town, Water sports, Horse riding, Waterpark, Fishing Great for -Walking holidays, Nightlife, Beach or lakeside relaxation, Cycling holidays.
Rates are for accommodation only and are fully inclusive of electricity, towels (for house and pool) and linen. There are no other charges or supplements. All rates are per week with a Saturday to Saturday occupancy.
