Totally remodeled beachfront condo facing southwest with beach views from the master bedroom and living room. WIFI in unit. Large kitchen is open to the bay side but views the beach also. The catwalk main entrance has a screen door to allow for wonderful breezes to keep things cool. Access the beach directly from the pool or the south side entrance. We are at the northern end of Marco Island and are the last condo complex on the beach. Directly to our north is Tigertail beach and lagoon. Going around the lagoon and north is a two mile natural uninhabited beach which extends north and eventually wraps around the north end of Marco Island. This stretch of beach and the Tigertail lagoon are perhaps the areas top beach for wildlife viewing. A host of wading and shore birds frequent the area, with great fishing, shelling and walking.
Rentals for kayaks, paddle boats, etc can be found at Tigertail, and going south there are jet skis and para sailing to be found at the Marriott.
I stayed in this unit in April. What a find. The condo is very clean and quite. I liked the view from the balcony and the chairs were very comfortable...not plastic. Even though I did not cook (because on vacation you go out to eat) the kitchen was really nice. Tray ceilings was really nice. The best part was the cross ventilation. I had the screen door opened with the screen balcony doors. The breeze was to die for.
I highly recommend this condo. Very much like being home. Hope to go back next Arpil. Marian
From picking up our keys to dropping them off, everything was better than expected. This unit has a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The owners are kind enough to have anything you may need for a beach vacation and didn't want to pack which makes a big difference (beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, beach towels.......just bring your sunscreen) and your set. Very peaceful atmosphere, quite, private, yet close to many great restaurants and other local activities. I highly recommend this property and thank the owners for making it available to us.
The apt was very clean. It is nothing fancy at all but it was very functional. The baths were nicely done, the kitchen was all new as well. Not top of the line but decent quality and large enough to do cooking. Decently stocked with kitchen supplies. The bed and LR furniture was OK, nothing extra special but clean and comfy. The view was very nice. You can watch the waves while you cook, eat or relax in the LR. The balcony was large, we ate almost every meal out there.
The walk to the beach is short but the beach itself is very wide. It takes about 5 minutes on the beach to get to the water. But the sand is white and clean and there are tons of shells and interesting creatures (especially in the early morning).
The pool was pretty crowded, the water was very warm. Again, it was well-kept. They are kind of strict with the rules. No floaties until after 4 PM, no jumping, etc.
There are lots of elderly people there. Which is neither here nor there for some, but I'd thought I'd mention it. It's not a "happening" place. But good for kids because of the pool, lovely beach and pond where you can look for creatures.
Laundry is down the hall. No problems there.
Oh, the walls are VERY thin. You can hear people using the bathroom, kind of gross. My kids made some noise and sometimes that bothered me that I felt like I had to keep them quiet, knowing that my neighbors could probably hear all.
We didn't go out to eat so can't comment there. But, we did do a few trips to the Everglades. Fun for the kids.
Overall, for the money, it was sufficient. Nothing fancy at all but an enjoyable, economical trip.
A trip into Naples is worth it too.

Marco Island is just a half hour south of Naples and is connected by bridge to the mainland. It has two adjacent communities, Isles of Capri and Goodland on either side of it. In addition to all the beach related activities, there is great shopping, both on the island and in Naples. There are an endless list of restaurants with everything from fine dining to Chickie huts on the ocean. Boat rentals and fishing charters can be found at the island marinas, and Collier County has a large number of golfing opportunities. Kayak rentals on Isles of Capri can lead you to into the extensive mangrove lined islands and deserted beaches around Marco.
