Maravilla is a 33.7-acre gated community located directly across the street from its two and a half acres of deeded, unspoiled beach. Maravilla is a wonderful resort with guests who return year after year.  With family friendly grounds and a Destin vacation that won’t break the bank, guest love the convenient location (midway between Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet) with a access point from HWY 98 as well as Scenic Gulf Drive.

This two bedroom, condominium is located on the first floor in Building 2 ! This unit is almost directly across from the entrance to the beach and incredibly convenient. This is one of our many Maravilla 2 bedroom units, check our other listings on VRBO and Homeaway for other options. The unit offers free wifi / high speed internet, large flat screen TV, a private master suite with king-size bed and adjoining full bath, full kitchen, breakfast bar and large living room with queen-size sofa sleeper.

The second bedroom has a lower bunk with a full bed and a upper bunk with a twin bed. This unit is perfect for a family with kids.

We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo for your use.

Beach Condos In Destin is a family owned and operated rental management company that has been managing rental homes and condominiums in Destin, Florida since 2005.Beach Condos in Destin began by managing seven rental properties owned in the Miramar Beach area of Destin. Upon hearing of our success with these properties, our friends began asking us to manage their rentals as well. Since 2005, word of mouth referrals have helped us grow into now managing 52 properties in the Destin area.

We visited Maravilla 2105 the week of July 4th and had a fantastic time! The condo and surrounding property was clean and well appointed. My daughter loved the pools! My husband loved people watching from the nice table and chairs on our condos patio too. We love that the condo had a great kitchen for us to prepare lunches to take on the beach! The private beach was gorgeous-so clean and not crowded at all! Our umbrella attendant, Matt was very helpful and prompt in setting up our chairs, always offering assistance if needed. He also readily and fully answered our questions about kayaking in the ocean, which is something we’d wanted to try. He had kayaks available for rent so for around $20 we got to take one out and paddle down the coast. It was so much fun! Matt helped us take the kayak out, showed us how to get in & out, how to paddle, the best direction to take, then pulled the kayak back on shore for us too. Over all, it was such a fun and relaxing stay-exactly what we needed! We rented through http://www.beachcondosindestin.com and were so pleased with their prices, the beautifully updated property and awesome service. Can’t wait to go back! We’ll definitely stay in Maravilla again!

Disappointed

This unit had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. The master bed sheets were covered in hair. I called Renee about the sheets and was told to make do for the night and she would send someone with fresh sheets the following morning. I asked her what time I could expect someone the next day and she told me that she wasn't sure, she would call me and let me know. We pulled the sheets off the bed and laundered them ourselves so we would have a clean place to sleep. Someone did show up Sunday morning (without calling ahead) with clean sheets but we had already washed the other ones and also cleaned the entire unit. Had Renee called ahead as she said she would, I could have saved her associate a trip. I contacted the office on Monday morning to bring some other issues to her attention and left a message for Renee to call me. The other unsatisfactory items were as follows: the base boards were covered in dust, several corners were not swept, urine on toilet, panties under master bed, sock under dresser, dining room table and chairs had dried food on them, and bugs (roaches and silver fish). I never heard back from Renee until I emailed her on our last night. I was told the units only get deep cleaned once a year in the off season. This is scary with the amount of traffic this unit sees and doesn't explain the dirty laundry left behind. The location of this unit is the only thing I was pleased with, however, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Owner's Response: As manager of this lovely property on the Emerald Coast, I’d like to address this review. My daughter and I manage this condo, along with a limited collection of other Emerald Coast condos. Our small business is very important to us, and we are dedicated to offering the very best management support possible for each property. In an effort to ensure consistent, high quality housekeeping, we have our own team, rather than using one of the large service providers. We inspect each condo after cleaning, before the new guests arrive. We cannot perform deep cleans between each guest and occasionally items do get missed. Concerns regarding housekeeping are seldom raised, but when they are, we address them promptly. I had 100% confidence that the sheets had been changed that day and when this guest called at midnight, I graciously offered to come the following morning to address any concerns that they may have. This guest declined all offers. We welcome any guest to contact us immediately if something has not been prepared appropriately for their arrival. We are here in Destin/Miramar Beach and available to address any concern brought to my attention. When we are called regarding an issue, we do work to make our guests happy. We have a high percentage of return guests every year with many guests booking a year in advance. We do work to make each guest’s stay wonderful, and if something has been missed, we work very hard to make it right.

We have stayed many times in Destin but I believe this was the best. While the area is built up these condos allowed you to slow down and relax. The rental process was easy and the people were very friendly and organized. Our stay was very dog friendly and enjoyable. Beach was great and easily accessible and the service on the beach was great. Will be back.
