Very nice house for rent in Aruba in the Noord area 5 min away from beach and hotels only 10 min away from Oranjestad in a quiet area with beautiful rock formations. The house is build in 2007 and has two bedrooms and one bathroom, large living with porch at the front. At the back a kitchen with also a porch with garden set in the kitchen there is fridge a stove and everything you need for cooking. Each bedroom has an airco. In the garden under a gazebo is a Jacuzzi. There is also a laundry room with washer. There garden is enclosed by a wall and at the front there is a iron gate where you enter the garden. The garden is a lovely garden with palms and flowers. The house is build in typical Arubian style cunucu house. We rent the house for long term or short term. I know for sure that if you see the house you fall in love with it and have the time of your life. Everything you need is in the house- it is fully furnished. There are also a TV and wifi. and hot water in the house
Hello my name is Bianca Jas and together with my husband we own this beautiful house in Aruba we bought it in 1995 and build it together because and finished it in 2007 we love our house and the area we hope you do to
Bianca Jas purchased this house in 1995
We bought the house because it is close to the beaches and restaurant, shops grocery shopping and still surrounded by beautiful nature, rocks formation, bird and between the local people
the birds and rock formation,s
Very nice and quiet place, exactly how it is described in the listing. Clean and safe, very private. With a rental car every corner of the island is easily accessible. Highly recommended.
We just got back from our family trip to Aruba. I rated Bianca's house 5 stars overall because we had an amazing time and would stay again next time.
But with that said I told myself I would do a full review for anyone like myself that needed a good review on rentals when I was looking in Aruba. It is indeed about a 7-10 minute drive to VERY nice beaches in Aruba. We traveled just about the whole island while we were there this time and nothing was too far by car. However, you do need a rental car if you plan to do a lot of excursions while there.
The house and jacuzzi are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. There is AC is both bedrooms but none in the rest of the house. But we kept Windows and doors open all day except in the evening and it was never too warm. It felt great. But if you like a very cool house, it's probably not for you considering there is an electricity limit. But we didn't go over it since we only used AC at night because of our 7 month old. Which there's also a playpin that we used as a crib in one of the rooms. Also a highchair which it made the house very baby friendly as well. There's a washer but no dryer. So you must hang your clothes out on a clothes line. We didn't mind that at all but I'm just telling you the full details. There's a very nice security system on the house that makes you feel super safe no matter what time of day it is. But it does take some time to unlock all of the Windows and doors when you want to have everything open and then you must close and lock everything back up with individual keys when you leave to set the alarm. But it is very safe. Last but not least, Bianca and her husband stayed in the other side of the house during our stay. Sometimes they are home in holland but they were there while we were and it was very pleasant to have them there when we had any questions or concerns. But you wouldn't even know they were next door had we not ever needed them. (Questions about which beaches to go to or restaurants). Which by the way, please please do yourself a favor if you love seafood and price isn't an issue, go to Buccanear Restaurant. It's about 5 minutes from kudawecha and it's absolutely amazing. It's "underwater" themed and there are fish tanks all along the walls.
So, that about covers it, I hope I helped anyone out with any questions you might have had. It's truly an amazing little house. There were 4 of us and a baby and it was the best getaway. So relaxing and truly a "home away from home"
My husband and I stayed at casa kudawecha in march 2014. What a comfortable, clean and safe environment. It was quiet and felt just like our own home. We used the outdoor shower every day and the jacuzzi was clean and a relief from the hot sun. The property is completely secured and the household amenities are plentiful. We rented a car, which is necessary, and were able to sight see and tour the whole island. The beach is about 5 minute drive but a local store and restaurant are walking distance around the corner from the house. The house is set back in a typical Arubian neighbourhood away from the busy tourist bustle. We found it was nice to have the option to drive 5 minutes to engage in touristy activities but then get away from it all at this tranquil abode.
Thank you to Bianca and willem for connecting with my father who has also been renting this house for the past 3 years.
We arrived on Feb 21 2014. Bianca met us at the airport and was kind enough to take us to the Super Market while we picked up some groceries. We stayed for a week and felt very much at home. We loved the character and warmth of the house and the privacy and quiet of the property. When we did encounter minor issues they were resolved quickly by Bianca and her husband. After a week we moved to another house, that was more expensive, but lacked the feeling of home which we felt at Casa Kudawecha. I will definitely stay at Casa Kudawecha again.
My Oh My....What a beautiful home ! I intially was going to Aruba myself for some unwinding down time, but last minute decided to bring my 24 yr old Nephew. A very relaxing time I did have.
I really hate to say too much good, as I now consider this my own little secret, and am being selfish in wanting it available next year. The home was more well equipped than the listing stated. Roomy, and very private. If you are looking to go away, want privacy, without all the tourists, yet only a short 5-8 minute drive to the Beaches, less time to grocery stores, even closer for staples, this is the place.
It's located at the end of a dirt road, not long of a road mind you, with large boulders and cactus with a beautiful back drop behind the home. Small to large iguanas bask in the sun on a daily basis. got some great pictures. Appears like a picture right out of a Story Book.
Loved the outdoor shower, made me feel "One with the Land", the jacuzzi was great, in need of more persons to make it a happier event. hehe. Hope you're not afraid of dogs...there seems to be about 6-7 dogs that liked to great us upon arrival day and night. There greeting was in the way of barking, however, I realized, that they werent barking at me personally, but rather at the car. Once out of the car, they went away, and never approached me. No problems there.
The Property Managers, were very helpful with any and all questions, even though after 6 yrs or so, I'm almost a native. The Home listing was exact on, everything you could possibly need was there. And I might add....VERY secure. Great place for a gathering. 4 Bedrooms in total, although I only occupied the larger side with 2 Bedrooms.
I would not hesistate to reccommend this property to any family. A plus also, was doing laundry, and hanging dry..in minutes the wind dried all. I can't THANK YOU ENOUGH, and I will return.
Much Regards, God Bless
