Since long before the American Revolution. Fell's Point has been the heart and soul of Baltimore's waterfront as her original deepwater harbor and shipbuilding Mecca. (Check out the Fells Point Ghost Tour) To this day, The Point remains home to watercraft including tall ships, tugs, and the tourist-welcoming Water Taxis that connect Fell's Point directly to the Inner Harbor, Convention Center, Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M&T "Ravens" stadium.
Located along the brick promenade that winds around the waterfront, FELLS POINT has a myriad of dining, shopping, nightlife and playtime attractions, all within easy strolling distance of the National Aquarium, Little Italy, the Power Plant, Civil War Museum, Pier Six, Johns Hopkins and Reginald Lewis Museum.
The Rowe Home itself has been completely renovated and features hardwood floors, ceramic tile, tray ceilings, recessed lighting, original exposed brick walls, a great kitchen and upgraded baths(2). You'll also find a roof top deck with views of the harbor. You will not be disappointed! Fells Point waterfront/nightlife is just a couple of blocks walk...A GREAT WAY TO EXPERIENCE THE CITY! So much to do for the whole family.
Please keep in mind that this is a popular city tourist area. Parking is first come first serve on the side streets. Owner not responsible for parking availabilty. Please see map for proximity to Inner Harbor, Johns Hopkins and Fells Point Waterfront.

We are life long residents of Southern Maryland. We stay extremely busy with a small Deli business we started about 4 years ago. As a real estate agent/investor we came upon the oppurtunity to purchase the newly rehabed home in the city and couldn't pass it up.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2008
It provides such a nice opportunity to take the kids to a ball game now and then. We look forward to the O's Games, the great food within walking distance, the Aquarium, and perhaps a football game. They're are so many activities, we haven't even discovered....
I had the pleasure of staying at this property with several of my close friends. We chose this particular property because we had 6 guests and in previous experiences with similar vacation rental by owner sites properties that listed a capacity of 6 were really suited for 4.. Not this beautiful town home! This can hold at least 7 people, if you bring an air mattress you could easily sleep 9! There is a rooftop terrace that has a beautiful view of the city (it can be a little hazy on really hot days) and you can chat with neighbors that are on their roofs in the evening soaking in the view! There is ample street parking surrounding the property. This particular location is just a short stroll to downtown Fells Point and a quick ride to the Inner Harbor- we left our car parked the entire time we were here! As for the accommodations- all of the linens were clean and pressed, when we walked in the door the place smelled FRESH! There was a large kitchen that is fully equipped and ready for you to cook if you so choose (there were even spices and basics such as oil, salt, sugar, etc in the pantry! To sum up my experience I felt like I was welcomed into a home that was clean and well maintained- super location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SOPT!
We came for a long weekend. We are three high school friends 65+ who meet several times a year at different places. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We walked to the water taxi - about 5 blocks - very easy and a nice walk. There were only 2 chairs on the top deck so we didn't go up there. Not a good view of the harbor, only a lot of roof tops. The only drawback is the parking. We were lucky and found a great spot, but it was the Pirate Festival weekend and we were afraid we would never find a near parking spot if we left the one we had. Walked around the corner to a great local restaurant called Cockeys. The house is not recommended for anyone with disabilities since the stairs are rather steep. There are some repairs to be made. The tub faucet in the bathroom was coming off the wall and the bedroom closet door would not stay on its track. The towel ring came out of the wall and we put it back up. All in all though it was a great rental and we had a fantastic time.
We came for a girls weekend, multi-generational, local and out of town ladies. The townhome was easy to find, in a great neighborhood, parking available in a several block area. When we entered the home is was exactly as pictured. Very spacious, huge kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and the rooftop deck was a great place to sit and look at the city and the water. Walked to Fells Point and stopped at a local Mexican restaurant one evening and at another local bar/restaurant that had nice live music to dine by. We had a great time and I just scheduled a return visit with my husband and another couple. Loved it!
The property was exactly as advertised, and very comfortable, with clean, new, well-maintained furnishings. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and the unique view it provides, and it is nice to have the washer/dryer available.
The air conditioning was not working properly when we arrived (during record heat wave) but within a few hours of calling the owner the repair service had it fixed. The prompt response was appreciated! The Wifi is not very strong, but usable near the router.
My family met here from several locations and had three cars - we were always able to find parking within a block or two. There are no time restrictions once you find a place, and downtown and harbor are within walking distance. There are also reasonable downtown garage rates ($3 total for evenings or weekend days) if you want to drive to do something downtown.
Would stay again, and recommend to others.
Our group found the house perfect for a reunion weekend. An easy walk to restaurants and nightlife combined with spacious (and nicely renovated) accommodations was a much better experience than a few hotel rooms could have provided. Would highly recommend.
We have been here for several days now and still have several to go. This property is wonderfull to say the least. We have enjoyed every minute of our time here. Its a short walk to just about anything you need. Parking is the only problem we have come across but there is public parking, you just have to walk back but its not bad at all. I am so pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice quiet neighborhood to stay in. We love all the little coffee shops and everybody we have met has been so nice.
