- is a well-designed villa with breathtaking views as you are swept by the mesmerising scenery of clusters of pine forests bordering onto acres of rich green crop terraces (mainly of grape vines) with various valleys converging together and forming a plateau that runs down to the town of


. The elevation of the plot and house captures the most beautiful sunsets over the distant Bernia mountain range to the front.

Set with twelve similar houses, in a cul-de-sac development, well away from main roads and the hustle and bustle of every day life, yet within 5 minutes' walking distance of local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Moraira town centre with its facilities, Marina and beaches is only a few minutes away by car.

A short flight of steps, from the drive, leads you to the swimming pool level and adjoining sun terrace and garden. There is a store room that houses the garden furniture (sun loungers, chairs, parasol and portable barbecue) and the washing machine.

Another flight of stairs, from the pool level, brings you to the large covered terrace that looks out to the valley in front and is furnished with a comfortable quality cane dining suite. Large glass patio doors allow you into the villa and directly into the bright living room with a good quality comfortable sofa suite, 32" Flat-screen Satellite Television*, and a dining area with a round table and corresponding chairs. A large feature fireplace has a built-in log-burning fire, which is fan-assisted, and wonderful for warm cosy winter evenings (please note that logs are not provided, but can be bought locally at supermarkets, garden centres, 'Ferreteria' ironmongers etc).

Divided from the living room, by an arch and small breakfast bar, is the modern fully-equipped kitchen. Leading off from the living room is a small hallway and off this the new fully tiled bathroom. Next door is the double bedroom with a double bed and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. Adjacent to this is the second bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobes. Next to this is a new fully-tiled shower room.

The living room, and both bedrooms, have ceiling fans for comfort during the summer.


- From the dining room there is a door which allows access to the back patio area, which is gravelled, where you will find further garden furniture and areas to sit out, as well as a built-in barbecue. Both this area and the pool level are totally enclosed, by walls and fencing, thus making it safe for young children, although there is a terraced step linking this garden to the lower garden.

Central Heating

- Oil-fired full central heating, with radiators to all rooms, is charged upon usage and the meter will be read upon the day of arrival, and departure.

Additional Deposits

- a 25 pound deposit usage deposit (per week) is required for the heating, irrespective whether you will be using it or not. This will appear automatically on the booking form (except summer).

*Digital Satellite Television

- Currently includes BBC1 (BBC2, BBC3, BBC4, CHANNEL 4 & 5 are intermittent), ITV 1, 2 and 3, news channels, various free to view movie channels, plus the usual free-to-view channels provided by a 2m dish directed to the Astra 2 satellite.
