This fantastic ground floor three bedroom property is available for short term rent. You can come in from different sides into this urbanisation, from the beach/street or underground parking. Very easy access from underground parking after having done the heavy shopping for the holiday. From the lounge you have direct access to the garden (South west facing) – a private patio with a dining area and a lounge area for six people. Comfortable seating area with a BBQ. From the patio you can walk out to the beautiful Andalusian gardens. The urbanisation has several pools, including a children´s pool, with amazing views of the beach and La Torre de la Sal (direct beach access). Inside a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walks out onto the terrace. Two bedrooms with two single beds, enough closet space and a family bathroom in the hallway with walk-in shower. Spanish, English, German, Russian and French television and a DVD player. The house is fully air-conditioned and also heats for the winter period. Perfect property to rent all year round. Special prices for winter periods, please enquire. Beach front - Casares beach - La Perla. La Perla de la Bahia is a luxurious beach front development inspired in Moorish architecture, built to a very high standard, extremely comfortable apartments with all the latest equipment to cover all today's needs yet surrounded by nature, peace and quiet.

You will find mature and lush gardens full of flowers, fountains and birds, where you will be able to walk through the gardens, have a swim at the peaceful pools and lay by them on the sun loungers then take one step on to the beach to relax under the sun and enjoy cocktails and a typical meal at the nearby beach bars to watch the sun go down.

Sitting on the Casares Coast in the heart of Andalucia you will be able to relax and enjoy a luxury apartment in the peace and quiet of the beach and gardens and only half an hour away from the nearby towns such as Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Only half an hour away from Gibraltar airport and a 50 minute drive to Malaga airport with a wide range of golf courses all around.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
