Sea Breeze sits in a perfect location: the leafy street is far enough away from the centre of Falmouth to afford you some peace and quiet, yet shops, pubs, and the harbour are just a few minutes’ walk away. This characterful property was built just a few years ago, so everything is in tiptop condition, laid out and furnished to exceptional standard. Space to park two cars makes this property is just as well-suited to small groups of friends or families with adult children as it is to couples and young families. One well behaved dog is welcome at Sea Breeze

The front door leads into a small hallway complete with bathroom containing a WC and basin. A handy utility cupboard contains a washer/dryer so you won’t have to worry about whether or not you packed enough clothes to last for the entire trip.

Leaving the hallway you come to the large contemporary open plan living area. Deep and comfortable leather sofas surround a coffee table and face a wall mounted Smart TV with DVD player, giving you access not only to great television, but also internet-based catch-up services such as BBC iPlayer, 4 on Demand, ITV Player, and Demand 5, as well as YouTube and social media. You will never be short of something to watch as you cosy up after a long day exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

The kitchen is beautifully equipped with contemporary appliances, clean white units, and granite worktops. You’ll find everything you need for a quiet night in, or for entertaining, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, a large fridge freezer and even a wine fridge, so your favourite evening tipple can be served in the garden at perfect temperature.

The large dining table offers ample space for the four of you and is positioned in front of the patio doors. On sunny days you can leave these open, and enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fresh air. The patio, complete with table and chairs provides a great little space to kick-start the day with breakfast in the sun, or unwind with a drink as the evening draws to a close.

Steps from the patio lead down to a grassy garden, with ample space for the kids to play. The picnic table gives the adults a perfect place to sit and watch, or somewhere for the group to have a relaxing lunch as the sun warms your backs.

Up the stairs, which feature a handy set of built-in shelves stocked with books and films for your entertainment, you will find a beautiful family bathroom. A large bath with power shower will help you get rid of all that sand after a day at the beach, or give you a great way to unwind in the evening and soothe aching muscles after a hard days exploring. With a cold glass of wine straight from the fridge by your side, your holiday could hardly get better!

You’ll find the master bedroom on the first floor towards the rear of the property. The window provides great views out over the garden, and keeps the room light and airy. There is a King size bed and ample storage in this room, with a chest of drawers, bedside table, and a wardrobe, so you can unpack your things and quickly get settled in.

Bedroom two contains twin singles, and again has plenty of storage, featuring a bedside table and wardrobe. The beds can be made up into a king-size bed: perfect if you’re holidaying with another couple, or have a third guest who wants the luxury of a massive bed all to themselves!

Sea Breeze is a delightful property, with a fresh and vibrant feel, located just a short walk away from Falmouth, with its attractions including the National Maritime Museum and Rick Stein’s Fish & Chips. You can walk to the family-friendly Pendennis Castle to take in a bit of Cornwall’s history, or stroll along the promenade to Falmouth’s sandy beaches

Once here, a car isn't necessary. Falmouth Docks railway station is just 0.2 miles while the Prince of Wales Pier with it passenger ferries to Flushing, St Mawes & up the Fal to Truro is also a short walk. Newquay airport is around 30 miles away.

The National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Pendennis Castle are located in Falmouth, there are restaurants to suit all tastes from fish & chips to Rick Stein's Oyster Bar.

The beaches of Gyllyngvase, Castle, Swanpool and Maenporth are less than a mile away or while you are here why not learn to sail, powerboat, or even dive?! Day boat hire or kayaks are also available for a relaxing trip up the River Fal exploring all the creeks on the way.

There are plenty of Nautical events including the Falmouth Week, The International Sea Shanty Festival, The Fish Festival and the Oyster Festival.

The capital city of Cornwall Truro is less than half an hours drive (or boat ride) and is famous for its Cathedral and award-winning Hall for Cornwall.

Nice place in the centre of Falmouth

Nice house, very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the beaches and from the dock and town areas. Very close to Falmouth Town train station. In a quiet but pretty area of the town.

Maybe a little small, with just 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two singles), but modern, clean and well-equipped. Sensible kitchen. Has its own parking and a very nice garden and terrace, sunny and private and with many trees.

We stayed there as a family with one child and it worked perfectly.

Great location , dog friendly with enclosed garden

Sea Breeze is located 5 minutes walk from the National Maritime Museum, Rick Steins and a Tesco metro store. The house has ample parking and a fully enclosed garden which was great for our border terrier.

The house is modern and comfortable with an up to date smart TVs with Netflix. Falmouth has loads of great places to eat, many of which are dog friendly. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect family holiday home in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here.

This was the perfect house for our family, it was presented to a very high standard and we could not fault the cleaning. The location could not have been better, a quiet residential street with Events Square a few steps away with lots of shops, galleries and restaurants. We would recommend this for families with children or anyone who wants a high quality house close to the centre of town with off-road parking and a secure garden.

Excellent central location with parking - we were extremely happy here!

The house is literally just across the road from Events Square which has lots of nice shops and restaurants including Rick Steins Fish and Chips. It was clean and exactly as depicted on the website. No issues at all, an above-average holiday house that we really enjoyed staying in and would be happy to return to.
