Offering incredible corner views both up the coast and out across the Gulf of Mexico, this gulf-front condo at Tidewater Beach Resort will show you Florida's Emerald Coast as you've never seen it before. Awake to the sounds of the surf and bring your coffee outside to the wrap-around balcony, spend your days lounging on the beach (seasonal beach service is provided) or swimming in the resort's indoor/outdoor pools, and find all the relaxation you need in the hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, sauna, movie theater, and game room.

Tidewater is conveniently located near a wide variety of local restaurants, shops, nightlife, and attractions. You'll be less than a mile from Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park, the prime spot for events and festivals throughout the year. Catch the sunrise and go fishing on the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), fit in a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or plan a visit to ZooWorld or WonderWorks in the heart of downtown (six miles east).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Roomy, but needs some maintenance

The condo was clean and was very large and roomy. We had 9 people in our party and it fit us all comfortably. This was possibly the biggest condo that we have stayed in. We had a very nice trip aside from a few things. The master bedroom did not cool off as much as the other rooms, and we couldn’t run the ceiling fan because it squeaked and shook really bad when it was running. The ceiling fan in the living room shook and squeaked so bad that it looked like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty, and there were several shelves in the refrigerator that were broken. The pantry door was broken and would not shut completely. The shower attached to the queen bedroom did not drain properly and we would be standing ankle deep in water. The sink also did not drain, so we could not use either of them. A lot of light bulbs were out, so the condo wasn’t well lit. We appreciated the beach chairs and bodyboards in the closet that we were able to use. We loved Tidewater Beach Resort, and other than these few things, it would have been a perfect stay!

Terrible Experience

The room wasn’t ready until 5:10pm. Waited in the hall for 1hr 10 mins. The room inspector was very rude when we asked was the room not supposed to be ready by 4pm. He said you will just have to get over it. Then cleaners left dirty towels in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. Black Mold in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. no water pressure in master shower and shower head as barely hanging on. 1st bath shower would not drain until well after the water was cut off. Only left 5 clean towels for a party of 10. Wake up Sunday morning to the refrigerator not cooling and everything we purchased for family of 10 ruined. Went down to talk to Vacasa at 9am Sunday they said someone would be up to address the issues High Priority. No one came so I went back down Monday morning Vacasa said they would escalate it to a manager. When the maintenance man came up he said he would give the refrigerator a hard reset (unplug it and plug it back in) because he gets a ticket every time someone checks in. Received a call from Vacasa at 1pm Monday wanting to let us know a 3rd party vendor was going into our room to paint! Absolutely refused to let that happen as my daughter-in-law is pregnant and she was not going to smell paint all week on Vacation! The Floors were filthy. All the beds were hard as a rock. Made your body hurt the next morning they were so uncomfortable. We have been coming to PCB for the last 30 years for our family Vacay and this was the worst experience. Not worth it for the money! $6300 Never Again
