Beautiful three bedroom apartment in the bustling centre of Dublin City.

Spacious three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with five beds to sleep eight people comfortably. The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival and all bedlinen and towels are provided for you freshly laundered.

All bills are included and there is Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. HD Cable TV is provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and cooking essentials.

There are three double beds and two single foldable beds in the apartment. The apartment has two balconies.

Situated in the heart of Dublin City, you are have the bustling Grafton Street, Temple Bar, O'Connell Street, Henry Street, and the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre all within 15 minutes walk.

Taxis pass the block constantly so you are always able to get a cab if you wish to travel further afield. Parking is included and you are very close to the DART/Train Station as well.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, and we are always on call in case you need us.

Beautiful and roomy apartment.

Matt was very helpful in accomodating our group, and located nearby for any immediate assistance. The apartment was well equipped, very roomy and comfortable with magnificent views of the Hanover Quay area, and a short walk or cab ride to any place of interest in the city centre. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

Delightful! We won't be staying in a hotel again!

On arrival we were straight-away thrilled with this penthouse. The location was excellent, the facilities and little extras provided were just right, and the overall comfortable ambiance made our week's stay just perfect!

Great penthouse apartment 10 minute walk to Grafton street.

The flat was a bit difficult to find initially. Mark meet us at another location and literally walked us through the secured car park. Inside the car park was an elevator to the apartment complex. A. quick ride up the elevator to the penthouse and we landed on our private floor. Awesome layout with floor to ceilings windows throughout. Very large and spacious three bedroom apartment with all the amenities you could possibly want. My only regret is we were only in the penthouse one night before flying home. Would absolutely recommend.

We just left this gorgeous apartment. Our extended family of 9 stayed here for 2 nights (we wish we had booked many more nights) and loved it! It is in a fantastic location surrounded by lovely restaurants and convenient little grocery stores. It is just a short walk to St. Stephens Green, Book of Kells, and Grafton Street. The apartment is exactly as it is pictured here - very clean, huge rooms, gorgeous views, massive windows, and very well equipped. The three balconies are lovely and all have furniture to sit and enjoy the views of the surrounding buildings. Mark and Matt were a pleasure to deal with - Mark answered all questions quickly before arrival and Matt met us at the apartment upon arrival. The elevator to the 3rd floor was very convenient for our luggage and the building itself was completely secure with security codes to access each door. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Dublin. Infinitely better than staying at a hotel.
