A cozy and quiet 60 msq. apartment comfortably fitting up to 4 people. The apartment is at mezzanine floor with windows facing the inner courtyard . The historical Palace by famous architect Otto Wagner couldn't be more central and offer easy access to public transport.

Elegantly decorated the flat presents a cosy entrance hall, a modern and well equipped kitchen, living room, and en suite double bedroom with separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hub, kettle, micro wave, toaster and Nespresso machine with a complimentary box of coffee capsules. All pots and pans, as well as cutlery, dishes and other cooking facilities are also provided. The Living area comes with a comfortable sofa be, Flat TV providing a great range of international channels and Free WI-FI throughout the apartment

The bathroom comes with shower glass, big washing basin, hairdryer, cupboard, washing machine. Iron and ironing board are also available to guests.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, the main correspondence will be held by email in order to arrange for your check-in. Your local host will welcome you at the property at your best convenience and will quickly explain you the main features of the apartment or answer your questions. We also offer pick up services from the airport or from train stations, and extra cleaning/ironing services are available upon payment of a fee.

Elegant Vienna Experience

This is a very smart apartment in a very smart part of town. Trams just outside the door and underground around the corner so easy to get to all the places one wants to see in the city. Super clean, kitchen that works, TV you just turn on without a degree in computer science. Secure and really really quiet. Huge bed in separate bedroom, warm and cozy and perfect for a couple. Ingrid who speaks excellent English met us on time, gave us a full briefing on the flat and offered a number of really good suggestions re: food stores, restaurants nearby. Vienna is a classy town and good idea to come home to a classy, calm and peaceful home away from home.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay. Bright, clean, spacious and with quality amenities (new tea pot, espresso machine, etc)! The location is wonderful, walking distance to many bars and restaurants, as well as many other Viennese sights. The stay at Luca's was in the middle of a long visit to Europe and we were having to make some changes in travelling plans, which made us rather high maintenance guests with back and forth requests. I was MORE than impressed with Luca's patience and customer service. He always responded quickly and politely - never seeming inconvenienced or annoyed. His business partner Ingrid was equally pleasant to deal with and willing to help in any way. Would absolutely stay here again when in Vienna and definitely recommend it to others.

Location , accomodation , building quality , just excellent .

Everything about this apartment was just excellent . As tourists , we felt the location and access to public transport was great . The apartment was furnished very well , quiet & secure .

Ingrid was helpful regarding arranging transport to / from the apartment , but have to say , she dropped the ball in her commitment to assist us with train arrangements .

Overall , this apartment was just just perfect for us , and was just as advertised . Our compliments !

My husband and I had a great stay at this beautiful apartment! We were able to easily walk to different major sights. It was quiet at night and comfortable to lounge in after a busy day of being a tourist. Easy check in and check out.

At your door step you will find the Kempinski Hotel Palais Hansen (1st District), less than 5 minutes walking to Underground Station Schottenring (U2 and U4)

Tram lines D or 1 in front of the house can get you either quickly to the most important museums and the opera within 5 minutes.

Very centrally located directly at the Ringstrasse and just

opposite the old stock exchange building, you can find nice restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries at walking distance.

Holmes Place Gym and Swimming Pool and the Jogging Track along the Danube Canal are also accessible in few minutes.

Walking to Graben and Kohlmarkt main upmarket shopping Streets of Vienna or to the old town and inner city (St. Stephens Cathedral) will only take 10-15 minutes.
