A unique building on the edge of the River Arun in the heart of Arundel. Set directly opposite Arundel Castle it offers a very relaxing outlook. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room, with an additional single bed available for a 3rd guest, and a small kitchen area with a two ring stove and microwave oven and a small dining table. There are patio doors from the lounge which lead to the rear courtyard garden and a television with Freeview channels available. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a WC, basin and shower cubicle.
The double bedroom is upstairs with its own television viewing seating area and a delightful balcony overlooking the River Arun. There are roof light windows that offer fine views upstream and across the town towards Arundel Castle and Cathedral.
There is also small patio area to the front of the cottage that overlooks the river.
Arundel is a majestic market town made famous by both the Castle, ancestral home to the Dukes of Norfolk, and the cathedral. Both are imposing sites in the town that welcome many visitors. The River Arun flows through the town offering local boat trips. Arundel Wetland Centre is also worth a visit and also the grounds within Arundel Park. Overall it's a great location for visiting the South Downs, the beaches at Littlehampton and Climping and the city of Chichester.
