This fully air conditioned 5 bedroom Townhouse, has 3 bedrooms which have en-suite and balconies.The two twins share a bathroom and there is a ground floor WC. The open plan living area comprises of a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living and dining area, with a fireplace. The beautiful patio overlooks a small garden and the main pool. The roof terrace provides seating, sun loungers and stunning views.

Why Katie chose Loule region

My cousin introduced me to Vilamoura and my husband and I fell in love with the area. The Old Village offered the best of both worlds, being in the Old Village complex you have all the immediate facilities and amenities and you do not need to drive. However on your doorstep are amazing beaches, the Marina, 5 golf courses, water parks. Lisbon and Spain are also only a two hour drive a way. So when looking for a Holiday home from home this is the beautiful house we bought. It is a home for us and I hope you find that reflected in the property. It is very child friendly, with toys, highchairs, plastic plates and cups. Yet all child paraphernalia can be packed away and grown up time enjoyed; drinks on the roof terrace or a brandy by the fire after a days golf.

I will also entertain single gender groups for bookings.

What makes this house unique

The 5 bedroom town house is fully and air conditioned and to reiterate the house comfortably sleeps 10 and accommodates 10 people easily, both the dining table and patio table can extend and actually seat 10, without extending we sit 8 around both tables. Three bedrooms have an ensuite and balconies of varying sizes. The two twin rooms do not have balconies making them child friendly.

To the rear of the property is a patio area which is in the shade the majority of the day. In direct contrast part of the roof terrace is always in the sun and there are 4 sun loungers and a seating area.

The rear of the property overlooks the main pool at the Old Village and there are 2 more pools. Several restaurants and a supermarket mean you do not need to go anywhere unless you want to.

The Marina, Beaches, Golf courses and waterparks are all in the surrounding area making this the ideal holiday home for many.

There is also a balcony area off the room with table and chairs. The large twin room on the top floor has new beds (as of 2015) and can be pushed together to make a generous double bed. There is an ensuite with w/c, sink and walk in shower. There is a walk in wardrobe and draw unit. There is also a small balcony off the twin room. There are two smaller twin rooms on the top floor, with two single beds in each and a wardrobe in each. There is a top floor family bathroom with w/c, sink and bath. There is a shower facility in the bath. A travel cot is at the property and additional beds can be obtained, including a put up to allow 2 further people to stay.

The house is set within the Old Village Complex with 3 swimming pools, a supermarket, 4 restaurants and 2 snack bars in immediate walking distance. A regular train and shuttle service provide access to the Marina and nearest beach. There are actually a multitude of amazing beaches along this stretch of the Algarve.

There are also two water parks in the area as well as boasting 4 Golf courses in the surrounding area making this an ideal location for both families and golfers.

The area also lends itself to walkers and cyclists.
