This larger than average apartment is located near to the centre of Peyia village. Set in a modern, peaceful complex with private parking (below the building), your holiday home has a shared swimming pool, with well maintained gardens. The part shaded balcony has a patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining and, a "Greek Style" charcoal bar-b-que with rotisserie and spit. Your holiday home boasts two large bedrooms, one double, one twin each with large fitted wardrobes. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, one of which can be easily converted into a double bed, Smart TV, and Playstation 2. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. In the kitchen you will find a ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle and blender together with a large selection of utensils should you decide to dine in. The dining area has a table and chairs for six people. During your stay your valuables will be protected in the free to use personal safe. Air Con, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board. Extensive coastal and and mountain views from the roof terrace.
The village centre is within a 5 minute easy walk. The busy resort of Coral Bay is less than 5 minutes drive/taxi away.
Peyia is situated mainly on the steep slopes of the coastal hills inland from Coral Bay. Like many other towns in the Paphos region, Peyia has a large number of cafes and restaurants along the main road. More places to eat can be found on the next road in, to the east of the main strip, suggesting there is no shortage of demand. These range from taverns, meze houses and traditional cafes, themed restaurants hosting, for example, Chinese nights.There are also 2 banks, two well stocked supermarkets which sell the best of local produce, 2 bakeries and a butchery which cuts meat to order. It has a mixture of old and new architecture but has retained its air of tradition. The old men still meet at the end of the day near the square to chat, drink and watch the world go by. The next significant town up is Kathikas, which again has an impressive range of eateries, as well as the Sterna Winery. As Peyia is on the hillside a car is well advised.

A comfortable stay in a good location, offering the convenience of beach, village or remote days out
The apartment is well located in the local village of Peyia.
The apartment is comfortable and easily accessed using the lift. The balcony captures afternoon sun and sunset. The owners have provided good seating and dining table and chairs. The kitchen appliances are good quality and There is a good selection of cuttlery, plates and bowls and storage areas for the family . The bedrooms have good wardrobes and drawers for clothes and comfortable beds. All rooms have remote control ceiling fans and lights, as well as air conditioning. Car parking is in front of the drive in area under cover and the parking space is numbered with the apartment number on the ground for identification. The pool is not quite on site located within another group of apartments.
The area is located in the hills of paphos but the roads and facilities are good.
There are a number of fine places to eat or drink whilst enjoying the local scene away from the crowds. A car offers the full potential of this location with coral bay and Lara beach, both fine Sandy beaches, in easy reach. Plenty of Local kiosks provide for everyday needs as well as traditional restaurant taverns for eating out. Near by Take away restaurants offer convenience with good quality traditional foods. A large phillipo superstore is conveniently located 5 minutes away by car down the hill, off from the coral bay roundabout.
We would stay again at this comfortable apartment and enjoyed the laid back local village of Peyia.
Ideal location and everything you need in a home from home apartment.
Everything you need, for day to day living, has been thought of in this spacious apartment. The village is in easy walking distance and caters for everyday needs...bars... restaurants (mostly traditional Cypriot menus)...bakers... pharmacy...bank...supermarket...and more...really everything you need. The owner is very abliging and very quick to respond to enquires online. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Thank you Martin.
