This single-storey lodge-style property is located within the grounds of an old Manor House which is now home to a holiday park. There is year-round access to the heated indoor swimming pool as well as seasonal access to the outdoor pool. Guests can also make use of the fitness centre games room tennis courts and pub/restaurant. Being conveniently situated on the Devon/Cornwall border the property is within an easy drive of the ancient town of Tavistock with its choice of shops and restaurants as well as the Cornish seaside town of Looe famed for its pretty harbour and fishing fleet. Those who prefer more rigorous pursuits in the great outdoors will enjoy visiting Dartmoor with its extensive choice of walking routes and spectacular views. As you enter the property you will be greeted with the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its large window making it a bright and inviting space. Here you will find comfortable seating from which to relax in front of the TV or perhaps you would prefer to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy a home cooked meal at the dining table which seats six. The kitchen area is fitted with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Leading from the lounge/kitchen/diner is a hallway where you will find the property s three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed whilst the other two contain twin beds. Also off the hallway is the bathroom which has a shower over bath and there is a separate little room housing the WC. Outside the property is a small open patio area with seating guests are also welcome to make use of the park s facilities including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools fitness centre games room and tennis courts. There is allocated parking for one car with additional parking available onsite.
