Holly and David have lived in the neighborhood since 2005. They live in the main house above the Duboce Garden Apartment. David grew up in Richmond, Virginia and Holly is from Medfield, Massachusetts. They are married and have two sons named Oskar and Gus along with a dog named Tucker.
David and Holly have a structural engineering firm in San Francisco. They appreciate art, food and music and love helping people explore the gorgeous city they live in.

Strategically located flat in a great neighborhood. Easy walking access to numerous adjacent neighborhoods (the Mission, Castro and Lower Haight) with many restaurant and shopping options. Muni and Market Street trains nearby. Good neighborhood coffee shops for quick breakfast or lunch.
The space itself is clean and comfortable and opens onto a great garden sitting & eating area. The apartment is stocked with all the essentials. Beds are very comfortable! Communication with Holly the owner was prompt and easy via texts. Would definitely rent this space again, if available, for future visits.
This was our fourth stay in Holly and David's Duboce Triangle apartment. It's as lovely as ever and Holly and David are fantastic hosts. The location is amazing (seconds from the N MUNI stop - quick and easy to get to downtown), great amenities (inc. WiFi and washer/dryer), fully fitted kitchen, comfy bed. Highly recommend. We'll be back again for sure! We have stayed in many apartments across the world and San Francisco and this is, without a doubt, the best! Since we last stayed, the shower has been updated and is perfect!

So, when I booked, I really thought it was a one bedroom as the listing described, but it is a studio. The futon and the bed have no wall separating them, not even a half-wall. A little awkward for us and my husband's buddy sleeping in the same room, but we managed. That being said, it's a lovely Ikea-furnished unit. Very clean! The back yard garden was lovely and well-maintained. They did a great job of using the space both in and out of the unit.
Holly is very nice. She found a great lot for us to park our car in when we asked for suggestions. She let me know immediately when she found the pillows we left behind so we could come and get them. Thanks, again!!!
The place in a in a great location. It is just a few houses away from a cute dog park. Not too far from everything we wanted to do (the DeYoung, Golden Gate Park, Fisherman's Wharf, the Giant's game, etc.)
The bed was comfortable, but very low (I'm old and have hip bursitis). She has at least one kid. The noise didn't bother me (I love kids) as we were up and on the go most of the time, but you will hear running around above you (kind of bothered my husband's buddy who doesn't like kids). The kitchen was well-appointed, we didn't cook, but it looked like she has everything you need to do so.
Maybe I'm being petty, but it bugged me that she expects you to strip the beds and towels when she charges a $100 cleaning fee. Also, there is no dishwasher in the unit, but she expects all the dishes to be done before you leave.
My friend and I visiting from the east coast really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, stocked with extra blankets and it really felt like a lucky find. The small backyard was so beautiful to look out on and we spent most afternoons hanging in the park right on the street. The location was great, we felt safe and it was close to things we wanted to do in the Mission and other neighborhoods. There was a great kitchen that we didn't use with a nice big table as well. Holly was very sweet and let is check out late as out flight wasn't until late that night. That was a life savor not to have to carry our bags around town. I would suggest staying here for a relaxing, carefree stay.
bright and airy, holly's flat was perfect for my 8 year old daughter and i. on a quiet street that dead ends onto duboce park, the location cannot get any better. the best neighbourhood in the city! farmer's market every week, and great access to so much, including muni. the flat is comfortably furnished and very clean. only complaint is the extremely low water pressure in the shower... made showering a bit challenging! but otherwise, it was a great stay! holly and family were all super friendly and professional - very easy to rent from. hope to stay with you again, holly! thank you!
We live in a Historic District steps away from lovely Duboce Park where there are 2 playgrounds, a grassy park and a Recreational Center.

• It is understood that owners insurance does not cover occupants’ personal property.
• Owners will not be liable for any damage or injury to occupants occurring on the premises unless damage is result of willful misconduct of the Owner.
