The Neighbourhood
The flat is in a very safe area: Hampstead Village regarded as one of the best areas in London. The flat is surrounded by a huge array of coffee shops, gastro bars, traditional pubs, restaurants and shops. We recommend The Wells, The Flask, Burgh House and Hampstead Museum & Gails Coffee Shop for delicious pastries.
Hampstead Heath is less than 5 minutes walk from the flat. The Heath encompasses about 700 acres of open space embracing ponds, woodlands, a large outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds, and a training track.

Lisa is an artist, and is married with children. She lives close to Hampstead Village and have had a great time renovating my flat in Hampstead. I strive to make sure that our guests are always comfortable and that they have a truly wonderful travel experience in this beautiful part of London.
Lisa purchased this apartment in 2015
The flat is situated on the first floor of a small block of only 6 flats, with easy access to everything Hampstead has to offer.
Recently refurbished to a very high standard throughout.
Having stayed in many self catering apartments in London over the years, this is one of the very best. Great location, close to the tube station and the heath, comfy bed, useful kitchen and good bathroom with excellent shower. Very good communication prior to arriving. Excellent pubs and restaurants close to the apartment.
This flat is wonderful for two people, especially if you appreciate Hampstead and its particular charm. To come and go from the tube along a picaresque alleyway that passes a small elementary school made us feel part of the community in a new way. The flat is small but well-appointed and comfortable. The hosts and check-in folks are helpful and responsive.
Let's just say there's no other place for us in London but Hampstead. And this little gem sits right in the heart of our favorite part. We were there in December and the cottage was a delightfully warm and charming refuge from the chill. Yet, in minutes we could be walking along the Christmas streets and sitting in our favorite pub (The Flask) or running on the Heath with some of the politest dogs in the world. I can see that in Spring and Summer, the little balcony with its charming view of the garden and cottage below would be full of flowers and sun. We didn't miss it (well, maybe a little.) We had a comfy couch, a washer and dryer (essential after greeting the politest dogs on the Heath) and a kitchen full of goodies from Gail's (scones, mince pies, mini quiches, cauliflower soup) and other wonderful bakeries and delis. Everything was spotless, everything worked and the bed was dreamily comfortable. And the most marvelous thing was the quiet at night. Hard to find in one of the funnest cities on the planet. We'll definitely be back!
Perfect one bedroom flat on a quiet Hampstead street. The location couldn’t be better with the flat close to the High Street, bus stops, and the Hampstead Underground station. The neighborhood was perfect for early morning and evening walks, with beautiful homes and close proximity to Hampstead Heath.
The flat is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. And fresh flowers and a fridge stocked with milk and a pitcher of cold water were welcoming touches.
Also appreciated the excellent advance communication with Lisa and David, and Daniel and Eti. Daniel was so kind and welcoming and even arranged for a cab for an early morning departure.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in North London!
We had a great stay. Eti met us and showed us the place. She was very helpful and kind. The flat is close to all the shops, restaurants and the tube. It was nice to come to the flat and relax after a busy day in London. Quite and relaxing with a feel of home. We would stay there again and really recommend this flat.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in David and Lisa's home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (we even cooked a meal one evening). Hampstead is a charming town and the flat is located on a quiet street, but still close to the tube, shopping, pubs/restaurants). We have already recommended their place to friends and would love to stay there again some day.
The property is located at the heart of historic Hampstead Village, a quaint area of London full of cafes, shops, artisan shops, and with an old Georgian feel.
