About this property

Newly renovated property in highly coveted Cottonwood section of Sun Lakes. Home overlooks a tee box on the Cottonwood golf course. 1600 + sq. foot and fully outfitted with new furniture, appliances, and linens. Come pass the day practicing your putting stroke on the backyard putting green, or relax listening to the tranquil sounds of the fountain. Rental includes use of golf cart and access to community club house. As this is an active-adult community, at least one renter must be 40 years of age and all occupants must be at least 19.

Rental includes two Renter cards for use of community facilities.

NOTE: Depending on time of rental, COVID-19 restrictions may impact access to community pools, club houses, and other amenities.

Sun Lakes Gem

The house was very clean and well equipped. The golf cart was a plus and very convenient getting around to the golf courses and club houses for dinner. We would stay at this property in the future.

Work week with a few days off

Very easy to find, I arrived at night. All amenities were in the house (except groceries and your own personal items). Very easy to communicate with the homeowners; very friendly and helpful. Great location, very quiet, friendly people in the neighborhood. Home was larger than I expected 😊! Great patio area, close to everything. Would definitely rent again!

Fun in the Sun

This home was well stocked, well appointed and spotless. The open back view of the golf course is nice as is the relaxing sounds of the water fountain. We also enjoyed some of the many activities the community had to offer. We would definitely stay there again.
