A beautiful apartment with two terraces located within a complex in Diagonal Mar and just steps away from the beach.

This three bedroom apartment is ideal for families or business travelers seeking a modern, comfortable choice for their stay. All bedrooms have twin beds that can be made into double ones on request. The master has sliding door onto the terrace. There is ample space with built in wardrobes in each room and also a separate storage space is handy for suitcases and pool or beach equipment. There are 2 full marble finish bathrooms and fresh towels and bed linens are provided for guests on arrival. The living/dining room is decorated in soft neutral tones creating an overall tranquil environment. The terrace is perfect for catching some rays or lounging on a balmy evening. Modern and bright, the kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need for your stay including fan oven. Other facilities in the apartment include hot/cool AC, Wi-Fi internet, plasma TV and DVD player. Parking is available within the complex (charge of 15 euros per night).

There are amenities in the complex that are almost impossible to find elsewhere in the city with 2 swimming pools (1 children´s shallow pool), children´s playground and changing area. The complex also has 24h security.

You can reach the historic center of the city by direct metro line or by bus or taxi (in less than 10 minutes). There large shopping center nearby that has everything to offer from hypermarket and all high street retailers.

Stay tax $2.86 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 16 years.

When accepting this contract, the client is committed to send or present at check in the credit card used to pay the downpayment and a copy of the passport of all the guests.
To secure the booking 25% of the rental costs shall be paid. The remaining 75%, the security deposit and the city touristic tax shall be paid at arrival in CASH or credit card (in this case the management tax will be charged)
CANCELATION POLICY
For cancellation notification of 30 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the reservation deposit will be refunded to the client.
For cancellation notification of 29 days and less before the beginning of the rental period, 0% of the reservation deposit will be refunded to the client.
For cancellation notification during the stay (as of the time the client checked in), 0% of the total apartment cost will be refunded to the client.
Changes of the dates and apartment are considered as a new stay and the existing booking is therefore subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations in the number of guests are subject to 0% refund.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in to the apartments starts from 15hrs.
Check-out from the apartments is until 11hrs.
We will attempt to accommodate all necessary arrival times.
CONDUCT
Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion.
