Privately owned luxury villa in the resort of Pernera Bay, Protaras, Cyprus.

As shown in the photographs, the villa ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, plus a downstairs toilet & wash basin facility.

The upper floor contains two bedrooms (each with two single beds) both with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a small digital safe in the main bedroom. This floor also contains a family bathroom with both bath and shower facility.

Outside there is a small rear garden area and front and rear patios for sunbathing.

This superb air-conditioned villa is close to a number of local hotel pools. Only a short few minute walk from the villa you'll find a great community of shops, bars and restaurants. Only 8 minutes walk is a golden sandy beach where you can relax on a sun bed, get involved in an array of water sports or take romantic walks along the breathtaking coastline. By night the town comes alive and although lively it is not wild. Close by is the family resort of Protaras, which features a host of restaurants, tavernas and shops, also one of the finest beaches in the world the famous 'Fig Tree Bay'. WATERWORLD, Europe's biggest themed water park and the popular resort of Ayia Napa are approximately 10 mins away by car or taxi.

The island is a stepping stone between Europe, Asia and Africa. Cyprus traditionally derived it's income from agriculture and mining, and more recently from exports of fresh fruit and vegetables - the Cyprus potato is well known in Europe!. Sea lovers will enjoy the wide range of water sports on offer and the number of short and full day cruises up and down the coast. Sun worshipper? Night owl? - Both?: Soak up the sun by day and live it up by night! - Protaras is the southern most eastern corner of Cyprus. It shares the same stretch of coastline as Ayia Napa and therefore experiences the best of the Cypriot sun. It is popular for it's quiet, safe and sandy beaches which makes Protaras the ideal holiday destination for the family getaway. It's glorious beaches; cater for all the needs of the water sports enthusiasts - from snorkeling in the secluded bays to more adventurous scuba diving and paragliding in the clear blue skies.

For the night owls there is a multitude of cafes and tavernas for amusement under the starry sky in all resorts. In Ayia Napa the discos provide the best in musical entertainment and become a main attraction for worldwide artists from all entertainment backgrounds.

Flights & Driving in Cyprus: Inexpensive car hire, good roads and signposting and always a handy villager ready and willing to give directions - what more could a visiting motorist wish for? Many holidaymakers choose to pre-book a hire car (surf the net for some great deals) for collection on arrival at the airport. The maximum speed limit on the motorway is 100km and the good news is, as per the UK, they drive on the left. For road journeys from Pathos Airport add around 60 mins.

Officially part of Protaras and even Paralimni, Penera is a town unto itself. To find it simply leave Protaras and head towards Paralimni, turn right at the 'Knights Pub' sign and you'll find an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets with everything under one roof and a few stunning beaches and quaint bays. Approximately 2km away is Paralimni, probably the fastest growing town in Cyprus. Here you will find a blend of the traditional and the not so traditional. Taverna's and cafes are plenty but they are often tucked away so explore the side roads. Protaras is bigger than it looks stretching from Cape Greco through Green Bay to Protaras town centre and onto the Pernera area, a resort in itself, finishing as far up as Kapparis, again its own little resort. Ayia Napa, the gateway to the lost city of Atlantis, caters for all ages and tastes. Here you'll find an endless choice of restaurants of every cuisine, traditional pubs, discos, themed bars and cafes.

Other Activities: banana boats, snorkeling, speed boat hire, glass bottom boat, para sailing/gliding.

Prices listed are per week for 4 persons (4 adults or two adults and two children) for each additional person (max two - adult or child) £25 per person will be added. Depending on the length of stay and the total number in residence we are prepared to offer discounts, please feel free to make a ‘no obligation’ inquiry.
The above rates include use of the air-conditioning/central heating, bedding and towels for use in the villa. There are NO additional hidden charges!. A 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. Additionally a separate security deposit of £50 (refundable) to cover any lost keys and major breakages will be required along with payment of the balance.
Long term rentals welcome at reduced rates - contact the owner/advertiser.
If required mid-stay cleans and laundry changes, approx £30, can be arranged with the management company.
Please note: We do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties. The villa is for couples and family accommodation, we reserve the right to refuse access on arrival in the event that bookings of this nature have been made and not disclosed.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
