About the property

The apartment has 2 big sleeping rooms, and 1 with a bunk bed, and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is one of 18 apartments and consists of 3 blocks of 6 buildings. Every block has 2 buildings of 3 apartments next to each other.

The apartments have been build in a sloping way. The upper and most down apartments are smaller and only have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Ours is bigger. Because of the apartments have been cut out of the mountains it is always very nice and cool even in the summer.

You enter through a small stair the apartment and you will come in the hall. On the left you will find sleeping room number 3. There you have a bunk bed and a big closet.

After that you will come in the living room with an open kitchen in the back.

The living part including the kitchen is about 35 squared meters.

Behind the kitchen you enter through a sliding door the scullery, where you will find the boiler, storage, sink and the washing machine.

In the living room there is a 3 persons couch and 2 chairs. A Daikin airco takes care of warm or cool temperature.

On the frontside to the terrace you will find sleeping room number 1. In this room you find an in build closet, an electric double bed, and also an airco.

Next to the room a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, walk in shower and a sink. On the ceiling a fan. You can reach the terrace from the bedroom as well as from the living room through sliding doors. All the sliding doors as well as the windows have screens.

Sleeping room number 2 is at the back of the apartment, also with a build in closet , a double bed and a fan. Next to this sleeping room the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The terrace is about 18 squared meters big. Here you will find a extendible dining table, with 6 chairs. You can even eat with 8 people at this table.

The front of the terrace can completely be glazed with window curtains. And the side can be closed with a so called "tolda", which is transparent. On the top you have the rollable "tolda" which covers the whole terrace against the sun.

In the living room there is a tv, (Canal Digital), with all the English channels.

The apartment is luxury furnished. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, magnetron, electric cooking plate, etc.

Internet is available and is of a high standard.

The place to be in the summer are the 2 very big swimming pools. There is everything you need, including, terraces, restaurant, showers, toilet and even a place for kids to play.

All together, a very nice apartment very comfortable in summer and wintertime.

About Everhard en Anita Hofland

We are a Dutch couple and live in Etten-Leur, close to Breda in the south of Holland. After my pension we have been looking for a nice place in Spain and finally concluded that the Costa Blanca is the place to be.

And especially Moraira and surroundings is very lovely. Everything is very clean and cosy and you will find many nice restaurants here. We enjoy it everyday when we are here.

In the meantime we have also bought a house, (Villa Emma, reference 1894089), which is completely renovated lately. We bought this house because with all the grandchildren the apartment was too small.

We ourselves live in the house, which is also for rent when nobody is there. The apartment therefor is for sale.

We bought this house because of the very good quality of the building, the beautiful swimming pools and the excellent view.

We still enjoy this lovely view. When the sky is clear, you can see Calpe, the sea and even Benidorm.

You have the sun halfway the morning till the sun is going under. This because we have the big advantage we are on the corner, so you can follow the sun when it is going down.

You will have no trouble with the wind, because on the front of the terrace you can use the window curtains, and on the side you can pull down a transparent “tolda”, a marquis, which you can use, so you have actually made your living room much bigger.

On the top you will find also an extendible” tolda”, which keeps the sun away when it is necessary.

It is a nice and quiet place, very close to Moraira and Javea. And if you do not want to go out, just walk to the restaurant of the swimmingpool complex and you can enjoy food and music.

What makes this apartment unique

2 enormous swimming pools, where you can go every time you want. The place is never very busy. You can take your own chairs or rent some.

In the summertime there is every weekend music and a lot of things to do there.

So if you do not want to drive, this is the place to be.

The “Cumbre del Sol”, this is the mountain on which you are, also has its own small cosy beach, where you can do snorkeling and diving and relax. They have 2 restaurants down there, of which we think the first when you arrive is the best.

There is also on the North side of the Cumbre a supermarket, (Pepe la Sal), and next to it a very good restaurant which is called Restaurant Cumbre del Sol, and a farmacie.
