Communal swimming pool, children play and tennis court, private garage in the basement with direct elevator access to floors. Closed and gated community. Spacious and luxurious hall with 3 lifts. no disturbing noises and very bright due to its height and placed in a quiet area. NOT A HOTEL. It is a residential building so it is strongly respect other residents pray, is forbidden cause excess noise.

Spacious, clean apartment, close to the Old Town and beach.

We arrived in the middle of the hottest weather the area has ever experienced (according to our host). After a first night of tossing and turning with no sleep I emailed German and asked if he had any fans we could borrow. He sent an electrician round that afternoon (Saturday!) to install ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, which was amazing and made for much more comfortable nights!

The apartment is right in the heart of Alicante and within walking distance of everything.

My only disappointment was the view was not as idyllic as it appeared in the advert. The photos don't show the 3-lane main roads, massive roundabout and flyover right next to the apartment which detracts from the sea view. At least with the ceiling fans we could shut the windows and not hear the screeching brakes and beeping horns at night!

However, the apartment is in the middle of the city so traffic is to be expected, and the pay-off is it is only 10 minutes walk to a large hypermarket and shopping centre, 10 minutes walk to a lovely beach with fine golden sand and warm waves, and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Old Town, with its churches, plazas and lovely restaurants. We went to the beautiful castle (free) twice via a cool air conditioned lift opposite the beach.

German was a fantastic, kind host and let us stay on until our flight in the afternoon of our last day as his next guests were not coming for another day. I would recommend the apartment.

Nice apartment not far from Alicante center in a well maintained building

We enjoyed our 6 days in this nice apartment, close to a hypermarket. German was very helpfull and service minded all the way from time of reservation until departure. We spent time in pool, on the tennis court and in the playground for minors. Alicante old town is not far away - 15 min walk - and we enjoyed the parks, the marina, the squares and all the good restaurants.

Nice & spacious with a good location

The owner met us on arrival 10.30pm ( & put milk , water, beers in the fridge as we asked ) Apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything you'll need . The main bedroom has a large balcony with a nice view of the Sea in the distance & large ensuite bathroom . Location is good , with the beach & Al Campo shopping centre 10 mins walk away . We would recommend & have no hestation in staying here again . Mark , Jo & Family , St.Helens .

Very nice!

This flat is very functional and nice. It has all the equipment you need and the standard is fine.

A morning breakfast in the sun on one of the three balconies, overlooking the sea, is a super nice way to start the visit in Alicante.

Location is perfect: close to shops and restaurants, yet not in the noisy middle of everything. Shopping only a few minutes away, and it takes only an approx. 10 min walk to old town and the restaurant area.

The swimmingpool is not heated, so if visiting during the colder part of the year it may be a challenge to use that, however it is nice and the flat and building and garden very well looked after.

Airport bus stops just a few blocks away, making it very easy to access the airport.

German, the owner, welcomed us on exact agreed time and kindly explained everything ni the flat and surroundings, and gave us his phone number 'just in case'.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to come back in the future.

Spacious Apartment in Excellent Location

This spacious Apartment is on the 6th floor of a quality Block of Apartments and has a wonderful view of the sea, including spectacular early morning sun-rises. The garage facility is first class and the Owner is a very professional and efficient contact for the booking and arrival arrangements etc. The front entrance, where the garage is located, has several good restaurants within a 100 yards, and from here there is the choice of easy walks to either the centre of Alicante or alternatively over the new and imaginative footbridge to the sea front and beach and to the lift leading up to the spectacular Castle. From the rear of the building it is only a 5 minute walk to the Tram Station from where it is easy to travel either into the centre of Alicante or along the coast to a wide choice of seaside locations as far as Benidorm. We have no hesitation in recommending this Apartment.

Spacious.

Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Great location and convenient for bus service C6 from airport. Very close to tram station for trips to Benidorm and El Campello. The place is in easy walking distance of old town, beach and large shopping centre.

Perfect situation, on the one hand, is 400 meters from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, historical town, shopping areas, bars and terraces and 800 m. Walks The Esplanade and the Rambla, the marina, the International Casino, the Arab Castle of Santa Barbara, which is visible from the apartment, making no need to use car to move, but at the same time, only 200 m from the sea, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and 300 m. the famous Postiguet Beach. The Auchan, the largest city commercial center is only 300 m, where you can buy absolutely everything and enjoy restaurants and cinemas. Only 200 m., Is the Tram station or subway, the Tram is safe, clean, and economical and it can travel throughout the Alicante Mediterranean coast from Alicante to Estacion AVE Madrid, The theme parks of Benidorm, Denia. Alicante Golf et., by once again unnecessary car.

Festivals and events are continuous highlighting, sailing off to travel around the world Volvo Ocean Race in October, Moors and Christians in May, Bonfires of San Juan in June, bullfights in the summer etc.

For golf lovers there are 6 18-hole courses within half an hour, by car and Alicante Golf 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by Tram. We organize packages green fees, buggy and transfers to and from the golf courses; please ask for details and do not forget to budget in Alicante only rains 20 days a year and the average winter temperature is 20 ° C.
